one more e-nite question please

When is the earliest you can pick up your wristbands for e-nite, and where do you pick them up (okay, sorry, that's 2 questions ) Thanks!

We start distributing wristbands in the tour garden (left of City Hall) at 4pm the day of the event. You can also get them at the exit to Splash Mountain, but I'm not sure if they start at 4pm.

We picked ours up in the gift shop/arcade as you leave space mountain.
