I am hoping that all of your expertise will be able to help. I am teeing off on a golf course in Orlando when a gentlemen mentions that he has one day left on his 4 day hopper pass and if I can get on the green with one shot he will give it to me... and thus I am now in possession of a one day access. I am scheduled to leave next Saturday and the dilemna is as follows...From the days remaining effective today what day of the week do you suggest to visit and what are the must sees for all 4 parks or do you think that this idea is totally crazy...Thanks and looking forward to any suggestions you participants might have...:bounce:

I'd suggest a weekday visit. Park hours are longer on the weekend, but crowds are also much larger.

Split your morning and afternoon between the Magic Kingdom and MGM. Do some research and make sure you have some idea of the rides you really want to hit.

Then, late in the day, head over to EPCOT. Make sure you hit Test Track, and then catch the Illuminations show.

I would give serious thought to skipping the Animal Kingdom. You're going to lose 30-60 minutes every time you switch parks. The best AK attractions (Kilimanjaro Safari, Lion King, Tough to be a Bug) can each easily take 30-45 minutes to experience. With only a day to tour, you're better off spending that time elsewhere, IMO.

I must agree with dropping AK, not because it's not a fun park, but because your time is limited and there's just too much to do. I can't see doing the top attractions in AK without spending half a day there. I'd also go with a weekday route (probably Wednesday). I'd start in the MK and do what I could until late morning; take the Monorail to EPCOT, take a pass through FW and do what I'd want to do there (I'd personally see Test Track, Spaceship Earth, and Honey I Shrunk the Audience); I'd catch Canada and England on the way out, then take the boat to MGM. I'd run through MGM until 4:30 to 5. Then go back to EPCOT and walk the other side of the WS, and watch Illuminations from Mexico.

Phew, sure you don't want to just get a single park pass for EPCOT and double your fun?

Park hopper passes are not transferable. Give it back to your buddy and ask him for lunch. Buy yourself a 4 day hopper and come back when you can enjoy the other days.
