AKV Standard, Savanna and Concierge officially sleep 5 with a sleeper chair.
AKV Value 1BR rooms are smaller and don't have room for the sleeper chair, so they only have an occupancy of 4.
Kidani 1BR have (2) full bathrooms. (So does BLT)
Jambo 1BR has the weird master without an attached bathroom, and the shower is a big step into the jacuzzi tub.
I was told by my daughter who is a modern day Princess and the Pea, that the sleeper chair was comfier than the sleeper couch at OKW as well. She loved the chair.
I agree about the 1BRs at CCV and the Value AKV-Jambo House 1BRs that they only accept 4 guests. We were told that over and over when we were doing the tour and talking to the guide before buying our CCV points. AKV's value 1BR is 629 square feet and a CCV 1 BR's square footage is 675. That means there isn't a lot of room for an air mattress in an AKV value or in an CCV 1BR. The next smallest 1BR is at BWV at 712 square feet which allows the 5th guest but does not offer a bed or bedding.
The EASYWDW chart is definitely NOT correct for CCV. Those who don't believe it should try to book 5 there. The online system will tell them the selection cannot accommodate the party. It will allow 4 persons (aged 3 and over) plus one infant who must be UNDER the age of 3 years.
Makes sense. I think he updates it himself based on his own research so some of the CCV stuff seemed to be speculative. Otherwise, I've found it to be a very useful resource.
We were at BCV in March and the one bedroom only slept 4, no sleeper chair. The studio will sleep 5 but not the one bedroom. We asked about adding a 5th person and were told they wouldn't let us have a sleeper chair.
