One became SEVEN?!? How did THAT happen? 4/24 UPDATE

Judy, you go take good care of your foot. You're going to need it healed when you get here! How is Lisa doing? Hope everyone else stays healthy and injury free for the next 10 days +!!! Praying for you all, safe travels, and a great trip.

Tracy, look forward to meeting you!

Just checking in, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all, better late than never I guess. I've been spending quality time at work (ha ha) so New Years eve and New Years Day are just regular days to me! But that means plenty of chance to build up immunity to the flu and norovirus :rotfl2: I am surprised I have hands left on the bottom of my arms due to so much hand washing!

Tracy - Great news about little Emile.........or I guess thats BIG Emile now! I guess he got sick of being in the hospital and wanted to experience the big world

Judy - get the foot improved fast, you have a trip coming up! Keep everyone healthy and have a great weekend.

Happpy New Year! Judy I am very worried about the DAS as well. It sounds like the cm was able to help you feel better about it. I hope it holds true once you are there. Maybe I should send a letter or give them a call? I have a list of how waiting in line will affect Ty or what could happen as well. ButI am so worried they will see his wheelchair and say "too bad".

I am so sorry to hear about your foot! I hope it heals super fast! So close to your trip. It's good that Pete and the kids are helping to ease you from being on it so much.

KAODEN39 I am praying for the precious family of the man that was found dead. That is so heartbreaking. I can imagine how tough it was for you to not know what to say. My cousin found her husband dead in his bed a couple of years ago and it was a very difficult time. My heart goes out to the family and you all as well.

Tracy-OOOH THAT IS GOOD NEWS!!!! I hope they had a great first night home!!

Judy, I hope you and Lisa are starting to feel better. I've been reading along and hoping you guys would get better, I've been really busy, but I'll take time in my PTR to explain my MIA.

I hope you and Tracy have an amazing trip. Can you believe its already January and you guys are going this month!?!

I'll post my tenative schedule so we can see if anything may overlap.

Hope everyone is healthy by your trip!
I can't believe I am leaving snowy Canada in almost a week!!

Happy New Year!

Oh my, look at your ticker!!!
I know :woohoo:
Happy New Year

AWESOME NEWS!!!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:
:banana::banana:

That's incredible news!!
:goodvibes

So very happy to hear that Emile is on his way home! That's great news!

:goodvibes Thanks! It was an exciting evening!

Praise God!!! :goodvibes And you are there to enjoy! So glad you had a fun New Years!

10 days to the trip and I have injured my foot...trying to figure things out...and telling EVERYBODY to wash your hands with REAL soap and water there is a horrible mutated strain of norovirus making the rounds.

Judy, :sad2: I am sorry to hear about your foot. Hope you have a chance to stay off it and take care of yourself!!

It is hard to know what to say. We went to take a meat tray earlier and my neighbor has a lot of family with her. I am pleased to see that they are not leaving her alone. I am just sad that we will not be home for the funeral.

What wonderful news!!
That is good that there is lots of family around her.

Your trip is come soon too!

Yes they do. They know they can push the limits because I'm either just to tired or uncomfortable to do anything about it. Part of me can't wait for them to go back to school on Monday!!

We had a nice relaxing night at home.

That is awesome news!!!!!! So glad he's home and your there to be with them!!
They need to go back so you can get a rest.
Thanks, It is great news.

Tracy, Happy News about Emile. :goodvibes
:goodvibes

:cool1::banana::woohoo::yay: Tracy, so happy that Emile is home at last!

Hope 2014 is going great, even with all the working!

Emile had a great first night home. And big brother was pretty excited he wanted to play cars with Emile right after they walked in the door. :rotfl:

Thanks Michele. The children and Pete have been great about tryng to keep me off of it...but I have to walk.

You are right about those nasty remotes! Hand sanitizer IS good for those, but the best thing for norovirus is soap, water and bleach. That is one reason it is so easily transmitted :( and this virus has mutated so nobody has immunity.

Now to go ice my foot. Good night. :)

I am glad they are taking care of you. I know with myself that I never stay still. There is too much to do as a mom. You know that.

I know!! Only 2 more sleeps!!

Tracy, that is great that Emile finally got to go home, I know everyone must be so excited about that.

Judy, I am sorry to hear that you hurt your foot, hopefully you can take it at least a little bit easier than normal so that it can heal before you leave for Disney. Hopefully no one will catch that virus that is going around, hopefully we can keep it away from my family too, if it is going around the Carolinas.

I have been reading and praying just not logging in to post lately. It is kind of hard to read these reports right now because my in-laws are leaving for Disney Monday, and we were suppose to be going with them, so I am kind of bummed out about it.

Thoughts and prayers to all that need them.

Marilyn

Oh I have been offline for quite a while!

Tracy --:cool1::cool1: that Emile is finally home! I can only imagine the joy, and relief, of having him home at last. I hope that he is doing well in his first few days at home.

Judy - Hope that your foot is healing fast. I got excited, then confused, about your travel dates. but you are going in a week or so right? At one point I thought your ticker said 22 days....and my little ticker says 26 days... but you are going sooner than that, right?

I watched the videos of Rachel, Lisa & Christian. AWESOME!!! I put on headphones first to listen because Joe is watching the football game, but I had to pause it & play it for him too. LOVE hearing Lisa belt out Run Run Rudolph. and then listening along as Rachel played....you have such talented children Lisa. Christian makes a great Grinch!

how sweet is lisa to put a gift outside your door. :cloud9:

Your Christmas morning photo is wonderful. (We cheated a bit this year and instead of a birthday cake I baked a cheesecake instead.)

Please please be well --all of you-- in time to have some magical fun at Disney. Sounds like the CM, once she actually read your letter, gave you some good advice for navigating the parks. Fingers crossed!!!

Hope that 2014 brings you much joy:lovestruc

Tracy, any pictures of Emile at home?

He is doing well, he is a sleepy baby.

Oh this has made my night! Welcome home Emile.

Thoughts and prayers to all.

GORGEOUS! Thanks for the bonus, he is getting so big! it!! And him!!!! I can smell his "babyness" through the computer!!!!

ONE week!!!!

SEVEN days!!!!

I NEED more time...but I can't wait to go and the children are so excited about having Tracy in Florida with us!!!

Where is the place you are staying? We are looking to rent a place in June since we are taking my Mom, niece, and nephew. We would have to rent 2 hotel rooms which is so expensive. I am just not so sure of all the areas around Orlando so I am nervous about renting a house. Looking forward to reading the review of your place and maybe renting it if you like it.

Emile is adorable!!! Glad to hear he is home!

And you leave in 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That came so quickly! I hope you have a wonderful trip!

D~

Beautiful Emile...so glad he is home.

Judy, I've not been here (a lot of weather problems, worrying about Andy who is trying to get home from Dallas right now), but I am hoping you are feeling better.

Tracy, What a cute picture of Emile! Thanks for sharing it. In a week, you'll be meeting up with Judy and her family.

Judy, continue to get the rest you need and stay off your foot as much as possible. I know you have lots to do during the week plus making sure everyone is packed and ready for your trip.
