Do I have to have everything paid for before I can check out the various tastings on the ship? I know I have to have it paid for before I can book but just wanted to check out what was available.

You can go on the website and see the different tastings they offer.

You can't see exactly what bookable activities are being offered on your cruise until you are paid in full and your booking period has begun. This includes tastings.

Note that you may not be able to see some character meets or character breakfasts until online check-in 30 days before the cruise.

You can look on sites including https://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/ to find information about onboard activities from past cruises and see what might be available on yours.

You can also look at the Disney Cruise site (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/port-adventures/overview/) for information on excursions that have been offered at each port in the past.
