I would love to see the Lion King!!! My brother gave DD tickets to see beauty and the Beast on broadway for Christmas and she just loved it!!! So did I !! Let us know what you decide!!!
OP for food and water. Did 3 miles at the gym between the treddie and precor. I am down another 3 pounds so I made the January challenge! I am happy for that whoosh. I have to work tonight, but only half a shift so no big deal. Have a good one.
Congratulations on the 3 pound loss! That is awesome that you made the January Challenge. WTG!
Now, about why you are so tired. Let's see... You got 6 hours of total sleep, but it was broken up. You work swing shifts, so your sleep pattern is not regular. You work, have a family, take care of a house, and exercise. Have you also noticed the lack of sun lately? I wold be worried, if you weren't tired. Take extra good care of yourself, and listen to your body.
WOO HOO!!! CONGRATS on the THREE POUND LOSS
Wilderness, you gotta love a good whoosh!! Say farewell to those pounds because you won't be seeing them again! I hope your half shift is an easy one!

CONTACTS!! I have been an eyeglass wearer since high school. I had to beg my parents to get me contacts and finally in my junior year, they relented. Thank GOODness! It is easier to see better with contacts, versus glasses - well, at least for me.
I hope the glasses fix your headache problem!
Are you doing a February challenge?
I hope the glasses fix the problem you have been having with headaches. I agree with Terry, try to get contacts too. I noticed when I switched from contacts to glasses my self esteem went down and that is when I had first started packing on the pounds. I am going to get contacts when we get our tax refund, hopefully next week.
I'm glad you have a possible solution for your headaches. If it doesn't work, I will hound you until you see your MD. JK. My suggestion is that you wear your glasses for work. You know how dry hospitals are, combine that with being tired, and your eyes dry out with contacts. Glasses also contribute a eye barrier, which can be helpful. I am a full time glasses wearer, but I know lots of my friends at work end up putting saline in their eyes all night long when wearing contacts.
Today is my birthday. We have parties all weekend (birthday and superbowl) so I know I will not totally be on program but I will do my best. Off to the gym.
I designated Sunday as a cheat day because I know I won't be able to watch the Super Bowl without cheating. One weekend won't hurt you so don't feel guilty about it. Have a great weekend!
