On-site Car Rental @ Universal?

Morning all,

Would anyone happen to know if any of the major car rental agencies (preferably National or Hertz) operate a rental desk on the Universal property?

We are traveling for 9 days in early August. I have a certificate for a free 7 day rental @ Hertz or National. Our first stop is Universal and then on to WDW. I was considering taking a cab to Universal and going car-less for a couple of days. It would be REAL convenient if one of these guys was on-site or at least very close. I could then rent the car for the remainder of the trip.

Any help appreciated!

I believe there is a car rental agency at PBH (not sure which one - could be Hertz). You could call to be sure. I know I saw rental cars in the parking garage.
