i'm going on fantasy next week. Looking to book a 2nd room with OBB and 10% off. Can i book a 2nd room in someone elses name? or how does that work. it's for a friend who wants to go with us in April 2017.

You can book up to 2 rooms. As long as one of the names on the two reservations is on the current cruise, and the two rooms are on the same future cruise, you may book whoever you want into the rooms.

But I believe that whoever's name is listed in the room has to stay with that room (or it's a re-book). Now that doesn't mean you can't actually switch keys and stay where you want but the name needs to remain (as far as I remember)
