OMG!!! I had preordered the 3 pack from TRU when it came out and it actually shipped! I really can't believe it.

They are in the girl toy section. In mine, they are near the FurReal Friends and the pretend kitchens.

Thanks for giving me some help. I had the hardest time finding them in our Target. Such a small section. I"ve only been able to get the accessories there.

At my store they're on the 'racetrack', a special display in the center of the main aisles between the action figure side and the barbies/LPS/Princess side. They used to be next to the FurReal Friends, but I guess they needed more space.

Thanks for the advice. I haven't been in our Toys R Us in some time. I'll hope they're on the main aisle at mine, too. Then I couldn't miss it whether or not they have them.

Check around on craigslist. I've seen them as low as $12 there, although most are still around 15-20 bucks.

I am so lucky. Went to Walmart on Saturday night about 11:30 they had given out vouchers for the 6 that came in already. But the employee was nice enough to call a nearby store they had 28 hamsters come in and only 1 person in line so DH, Mother in law and myself dashed to the next store and were able to get 3 hamsters! Couldn't stop there went to TRU Sunday morning at 5am, I was the first one there but not for long they opened at 9, I got 2 more hamsters and some of the kits. I just learned of these things on that Friday evening so whoohoo for me I'm all done!

I've only looked at Target, but I'm thinking of trying Toys R Us at opening today. What toys are they near at Toys R Us. I'm at a disadvantage because I have no idea.

Thanks again to the super Disers who helped me get an idea of where to look at Toys R Us. I was there at opening, but no luck. No luck at Target either. Some day I may have some luck. I'm trying to get one for my neice. Even my brother who works at Target can't get one. I'm just trying to help.

Last year Santa brought them Biisquit the dog and tehy loved the life out of him for about a month, now he rarely even gets turned on. Are they at all realistic? Thoughts??? No one I know has actually seen them.

I have seen them -- no, they don't look at that realistic to me (truth be told, they look like any other cheap Chinese-made toy).

Thoughts??? Let's put it this way -- come this time next year, Biscuit the dog will have some company in the toybox.

I was very lucky to have my order from TRU sent in Sept finally shipped. i received the 3pack yesterday. This is all my grandaughter has asked for. Now, are the toys as difficult to get. I know she really wants the ball and the surfboards. I live in MA, but I am going to visit my daughter and her family in Colorado tomorrow, so maybe I will have some luck out there.

Well tonight I stopped into Target on my way home from dance with DD10. I found one of the cars/garage things not where it should have been on the shelf. I tucked it under my things so DD didn't see it. At the register the guy asked me where I got it. I told him, he said it must have been hidden by someone. Now that I have it I think I may return it, it looks too young for my DD7, though I will probably hold off to be sure she doesn't ask for it in the mean time. I kind of think the pet we got may go back too, but again, we'll see. Does anyone's kids actually have them, what would yo usaay the age is on them. DD is almost 8 (right after Christmas) and being the yougest of 3 girls is pretty mature for her age. I think the only reason I am relaly even considering this is because of the fur allergy in our house. They want a pet so bad, but we can't. My DD who is 6 and 1/2 has one. She really likes it. It fits in an adult's hand. She is really into all types of animals and loves to play with her critters (stuffed animals) as she calls them. The one she has is white. It makes a few noises and moves around best on our kitchen floor. It moves one way and then will just turn and go another way. It works pretty well. It will go on our low pile carpet in the family room too - just not as fast. She does not have any of the assessories. She is asking for them for Christmas. Luckily, a bought the fun house and the ramp/slide back in August. I even bought a second hamster back in August too when you could actually find them.

find out what day your TRU gets their trucks in. MY TRU(KY) gets a truck on Wednesday, they usually have them and are sold out within 15 min of opening

I just ordered one! BFAds tipped me off! The code is TOYSHOLIDAY I got a Lego holiday set for $3.49 as my filler. They also have cute stuffed animals on sale for $4.99 which would work, too. My total with the zhu zhu thing, the lego, and shipping was under $100!

Got the TRU deal and an extra for a friend! Now I have to get rid of the "doubles" I'll have in my basement (I had many of the accessories)!!! I'm sure it won't be a problem.

It looks like it comes with Mr. Squiggles and Patches if I zoom the picture of the box. Anyone know if all sets come with the same or if it could be any 2 hamsters? Doesn't matter to me, I'm just wondering. I didn't even know there was a "Patches".
