Maybe up to 1 inch. And yes all the news stations are on storm watch. Do not leave the house if possible. I have to admit it gets pretty funny. We are such whimps when it comes to rain. But not as bad as Arizona

It’s not like the rain is so heavy it’s gonna shut Disneyland down…

KTLA just reported that there's already been three inches of rain in Woodland Hills and five inches in Azusa, so that's a very high rate. Could especially be dangerous in areas where the hills were stripped bare by this year's fires.

you've got an old song running through my head-

Seems it never rains in southern California
Seems I've often heard that kind of talk before
It never rains in California
But girl, don't they warn ya?

It pours, man, it pours

It has, however, closed Knott's for the day:

back in the late 90's we went to Knott's and midway through the day the sky opened up and it began POURING rain. after about 20 minutes the p.a. systems started announcing the park was closing down for the day and all guests were directed to exit the park. to their credit-despite their ticket stubbs clearly reading that they never did refunds or exchanges, every single person who exited was given a new admission ticket that was good for any one single day over the course of the next 365 days.
