:mad:I just called to confirm all of my ADR's for our upcoming tirp. We arrive on the 24th of June. I had in ront of me all of my ressie confirmation #'s and when I was checking to make sure everything was set up. I was told that they did not have any of my ressies on file. I am beside myself. I had to redo all of our ADR's and did not get one time we had previous. I have a DD and DS and they will be most disappointed because now we have to change some of our other planned activities....please help what can I/We do..:mad:

That sucks, I'm sorry. I can imagine how frustrated you must feel. What sort of help are you looking for? Perhaps try the online dining to see if you can get times close to what you had before.

Any Kind of help or ideas on what we can do to get our original times or do you think it warrants something in return from Disney.

Hmm, I'm not sure. If you had any special, hard-to-get ADRs arranged, you could mention this to them and they might go out of their way to squeeze you in somewhere. I think they would try to do what they can, especially since there are children involved.

Otherwise, I think your best bet is to try and reclaim your ADRs on the online system.

What did they say on the phone? I don't understand how could this happen.

do you think it warrants something in return from Disney.

Such as? (Although, I think I know where this is going.)

I always reconfirm ALL information with the CMs before getting off of the phone. I would call back & ask someone else to pul up your ADRs. Maybe there was a system glitch when you called. If you can't get your original times, then I'd simply make the best of it.

two suggestions:

Over the next few days, go online and see what you can book yourself -- you may be surprised what becomes available.

If all else fails, you could just show up at the times your originally booked, with your confirm numbers. If they can't find them, they may still honor your numbers (as you did not cancel, it must be a Disney system error.)

Ok where do you think I am going with this. There are 2 children involved and most of my NEW ressies I had to make were for times after 8pm, mostly at 9pm. After a day at the parks, swimming, they or we will be kinda tired don't you think.

We did find out if the pools at $200 vs $80 were different. They are in some ways, bigger, more for the kids. But we'll stay at the value to moderate to save money. My children are all grown up and my DW and I do not use them much anymore. We do visit other resorts to have a drink, dinner, shop or just to get a looksie...:)

I guess I am a little confused too because of the info on some of your other posts.

I arrive on the 24th too and just called to confirm my ressies! How did they search for the reservations? First she tried by my name, phone number, etc. and NOTHING came up. Then I gave her the numbers one by one and each one was there! I was VERY nervous for a little bit! So, I made her go through EACH one with my reading her the numbers. So, if you didn't do that, try calling back and trying by individual reservation.

Sorry to hear about this news...
I would try going back and forth between checking availability on the new on line reservation page and calling.
I would also call again, maybe you had a CM who was new or something and had no idea how to confirm ADRS...who knows?
Maybe even trying that day before you leave, a lot of people cancel last minute, you might be able to get something for the next day.
I would just be very upset and had the dinning plan and now had no reservations.
There's also a thread on here for people who cancel or are about to cancel, they let others know, this way they could grab the ADR, or they just give them the conf. # I think. I don't know i have never tried, but worth looking into.

Here's the one for June...you can post what you would like and if anyone is canceling they might let you know, or you could see who is canceling what. Good Luck!

Well if that's the case, I would seriously just show up with my original confirm numbers at the original times -- think of it this way -- what if you had not called to check, what would you have done? Probably you'd have shown up at the times you had written down, with your confirm numbers, right? And you'd probably insist that yes, you DO have reservations, because here's the confirmation numbers...

So why not do that anyway? If you're polite, but insistent that you do have reservations & their system must be glitching, my guess is they'll put you into the table line up just as if none of this had happened...

You're probably right. I'm sure it will all turn out just fine Goofy41.

Same here. I have them confirm w/ my actual ressie number. I'd call back and talk to someone else and ask them to confirm one specific adr & number, then if the successfully find that, give them the rest of your list.

Good luck & try to remember it is possible to still have a great time, I'm not sure how old the kids involved are, but chances are they are more interested in parks & attractions than dining, maybe you can switch to places better in your timeframe? Or, if you take pool / rest breaks in the day, being out that late is not too much of an issue?

I guess I am a little confused too because of the info on some of your other posts.

I'm sorry, this was a surprise trip from my DW and Children. She did it w/o me knowing until last nite. So today I called to confirm everything. But I think I will just show up with the ressie confirmations we already have and hope it all works out. Thank you all for your help.

I am tired of reading all the errors that disney makes and 9 out of 10 times never gets rectified!!! Disney is becoming very customer unfriendly!

I would def call back to another CM- how could they lose them all when you have confirmation #'s?

Also- it is easy to check them on line as well provided they are in the "new" adr system- go under "my disney vacation" on the top right- go down to reservations: dining reservations. You can click to check multiple reservations and put in ALL of your reservations, and when they are located you now have a list of each and every ADR - you can enter your email to have the list sent to you.

The same thing happened to me!! Yesterday I called to add a reservation and they said I didn't have any down!! I was able to get mine for around the same time since it is only 2 of us. Everyone should def. check!

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
THIS IS AWFUL!

Did someone say you can check your reservations online??????

I went to the disney site and checked ALL our reservations were there! :cool1:
