Old Vitantonio Mickey Waffler

I have an old Vitantonio Mickey Waffler - not the model that was recalled. The lower element wire is broken. Any idea where I might be able to get parts? I have one of the newer VillaWare models, but the waffles are a different texture, and I'd like to fix the old one, if possible. The label with the model number is long gone, but it is a 2-prong cord, 900 watt unit with the words "UL LISTED 43G5" on the bottom. ALso the numbers 950 5 91 - which I assume would indictate the model was manufactured in May 1991?
