Hi,

I haven't been to the park for several years and I knew a lot has changed. I have been reading but I am still confused. I will be going to the park at the end of December and the first week of January.

I have some old tickets (more than 12 years), I think I can still use them but I do not know how many days left for each tickets, do I bring it to the park and have the guest service to check it for me? Can I do it in the resorts?

The last time I went was before Disney uses wristbands, do I need to buy a wristband ? I am not staying on-site.

I understand the decoration will be really nice during Christmas time, but we will arrive on December 30, will there be any Christmas and/or New Year decoration? thinking to take some pictures and may buyphotopass.

I expect NYE will be crowded, but what about other days? We will stay for the first week of January.

1. do I bring it to the park and have the guest service to check it for me?
2. Can I do it in the resorts?

3. do I need to buy a wristband ? I am not staying on-site.

1. Yes
2. Nope
3. Nope. (But, you can, if you like.)
4. Busy at least thru Jan. 3.

Fac you can try calling Disney then pressing the option for tickets, maybe they can help you before you get there. If they can get your tickets added to your My Disney Experience, then you can make 3 fps per day before you get there.

We had some old MYW non expiry tickets from 2005 and I was able to call and get them added to my account in 2016. It's worth a try, good luck!
