OKW Rehab questions

Hi everyone. Does anyone know which buildings are currently under rehab and have any been completed? We are planning a late August visit and were hoping to get a villa with the sleeper chair in the living room. TIA

None completed as of yet and last I heard only 2 buildings have recently begun refurb. You can ask MS to note on your reservation that you'd like a refurbished villa but it will not be guaranteed ( no requests are guaranteed ). If you need the sleeper chair in the living room because due to the number of guests you have listed on your reservation there be no other sleeping option but to have a person sleep on that sleeper chair then ~maybe~ your chances of getting a refurbished villa will be better but I don't know that for certain; maybe MS will tell you that you'll have to go with AKV(non-value) or BLT where 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas have sleeper chair; THVs have sleeper chair in living room too.
