OKW Distance to the Main pool from the buildings

I was wondering how far is the main pool from most of the buildings? Is it a quick walk? Or do you need to drive? Wondering for my wife and daughter if it is really hot and muggy in Sept.

I have driven around the place once but do not really remember how it is laid out.

If it is too far for them to walk comfortably, they can hop on any bus from the outer areas, they all stop at the check-in area last before exiting OKW. To get back to the room, walk across the bridge to the Peninsular Road stop and hop any bus back to your building. That being said, it is probably a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk from the farthest points of the resort to the main pool area. Remember that there are three really nice quiet pools conveniently spaced through out the resort as well as the main pool with a slide.

I used Google Earth to measure the distance along the roadway from Building 39 to the main pool (even following the pathway) and learned that it was a 0.69 mile walk, one way.

We like to be close to the Hospitality House so we like the buildings 23, 24 and 13, 14. That way we can easily walk there-and my Mom brings her ECV.

It's exactly the same distance as the walk to your room at the BWV.

We just stayed in building 63. It was very close to the Hospitality House and the pool. It was so close to the bus stop that I could easily run back if I forgot something from my room. Great location but ask for a room down from the end. We were 6321, 2nd room from the corner where all the buses go in and out. Could be noisy at night, although it did not bother me, my DH heard the buses. I was sound asleep on
