OKW Current ROFR Question

Thanks for all of the good advice on my resale question. Now I have a a couple more.

Does anyone have any experience or knowlege of current ROFRs?

Is Disney on a buying spree?

Are they buying alot of OKW?

What is an approximation of the lowest price OKW might pass with?

The people who would best be able to answer these questions are the brokers. We used The Timeshare Store (sponsors of this forum... or is it the other forum??!! ), and they provided us with excellent info in this regard. I thought for sure that our offer was too low, but they told me to be patient, they'd had this work before... and it did! Since DVD went all ROFR-y on us during this past summer, there seems to be a more multi-patterned approach to resales. Because of this, I think your best bet would be to get your info directly from those people who deal with ROFR on a daily basis. They want happy, returning customers, so they'll do everything in their power to help make it all work. Good luck!
