Okay... So what is your Username About?

Diane/Rob, I just pulled out the old Cassell's German-English/English-German and schlicht means homely (not Diane, I know her), simple, modest, unpretentious, straightforward, sleek, smooth. But, then, she married into that name. So it really refers to her husband.

LOL, Deb!! Well, after 40 years, I guess marrying into it makes it part of me by now! Besides, most of the previous generation is gone, so who cares anymore on that one!:rotfl: BTW, have you met my DH? He's pretty quiet compared to me!!:)

My husband and I bonded during a Tolkein/Lewis class in college; we even collaborated on a paper together. Our email address has been a variation of Bag End for over 15 years, and now our license plate is 3HOBBTS. There are 3 of us, including DD 8, so we are 3 Hobbits 2 Disney.:dance3:

And my name is Dianne.

I am Steamboat Girlie, inspired by Steamboat Willie, my favorite animated cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse released on November 18, 1928. My husband's user name is Planecrazy4dis, after his favorite short, Plane Crazy.

Very simple for me.....first letter of first name and middle name. Quite creative dont you think:rotfl2:

Our user name has to do with our jobs. How boring is that right.
We used Flying because I worked for Delta Air Lines when we created the user name. I know longer work there big suprise right! My wife works for Caterpillar so we used Cat and the 2003 comes from one of our best trips ever to Disney. Boring right?

I'm from the U.P. (Upper Peninsula) of Michigan and a big Disney fan. Most places I have changed my userid to DisneyYooper (nickname for those of us from the U.P.) which I think is much more descriptive but I don't want to lose my post count here.

No- that isn't boring- who would have thought that is how you came up with FlyingCat! FlyingCat conjures up a ridiculous, fun, crazy image- I love that you took to everyday things and put them together to make something kooky- I like it!

I used the name I called dd when we planned our first family trip to Disney World. Not incredibly creative but at least I can remember it.

Humphrey, the Disney cartoon bear or the head at the bottom of the Wilderness Lodge totem. Oh yeah, plus my zip code.

Brownie.....well I used to race mountain bikes and my team mates called me Brownie.....MTB is mountain biking. Brownie came about because I do all the cooking in our family and I was caught by one of the guys buying cup cake tins and brownie mix at a grocery store....the name stuck.

I'm a Registered Nurse, with some... ahem... undisneylike body piercings.
BOB
