Oh Boy, so...at the last Dismeet a discussion was had with @Teamubr & @garneska about a cruise.
We all liked the idea and decided to book a Mediterranean cruise for this coming fall.
My wife told her niece and she is coming along also.
With the help of @Bishoparc extremely helpful wife Josie we booked a 10 day cruise for Rome, France and Spain.
In January of this year I told my bosses I was retiring in September.
In April, my son's friend told us that he was accepted into the culinary program at WDW.
In August my son told me that he and his girlfriend were planning on flying down the 1st week of November to visit him and do Food & Wine.
We went through a few options, trying to figure out where to stay and how they would get around.
At some point my wonderful wife of 37 years says "Well you'll be retired by then, why don't you just drive the RV down and all stay at The Fort"
WAIT--- HOLD THE PHONE, You're gonna send me down to Disney without adult supervision???!!!
My son is an adult at 24, but more of an instigator when we are at Disney
I immediately went online was able to book November 2nd through the 8th. I'm gonna keep checking to see if I can get couple before that.
I retired September 25th and celebrated my Birthday on the 26th with a nice dinner out with the family
It is at this time that we take a brief intermission, because this happened in the middle of it all.
Well, this changes the entire dynamics of preparing. I only have about 10 days to get everything transferred over and figure out where it all goes.
With all that being said, if you know anyone interested, I've got a good used RV For Sale
