OK that's it we are moving to Florida ~ Our first trip to the World; UPDT 7/12

Darn your photos just come up with red x's. :( I'll have to look when I get home.

That sucks. I have them loaded in Picasa. I am working on another update right now so you may have 2 updates by the time you get home. I like your tickers. :goodvibes

Just read your report-joining in a bit late but wanted to sub.

Your daughter is SO cute-I love her ears, and I remember I loved Dumbo best when I was about her age, too. A girl after my own heart!

Looking forward to reading more and nice to 'meet' you!

So for those of you keeping track this is day 4. The date was Sat, Feb 5.

We were headed here...

Lexi was being silly while we were waiting for the bus

Disney%252520510.JPG

Is this our bus?
Disney%252520513.JPG

Disney%252520511.JPG

No it wasn't
Disney%252520515.JPG

Our bus did finally come about 5 minuets after this one though. I think we waited about 15 min. and all the other had about 2 buses come while we waited which made it seem like we were waiting longer than we really did.

We arrived here after a short bus ride.
Disney%252520518.JPG

We had to wait until they opened the turnstiles. We were the first ones in our line.
Disney%252520519.JPG

Once they did we walked to the ropes and were right at the ropes.
We saw these guys

Disney%252520524.JPG

I know that we also saw Goofy. Mickey was there and kissed Lexi's hand but it was so fast we didn't catch it on camera.

We went to Test Track first.
Disney%252520536.JPG

Lexi wanted to ride so we walked right through to the turnstiles and then she changed her mind so we went back outside to wait while Jon rode. I rode once Jon was done.

We went to Mission Space next.
Disney%252520543.JPG

We obviously did a child swap but really we didn't need to as it was a walk on. I rode the orange side and loved it. Jon was next and he rode the green side. He really liked it. Lexi really enjoyed playing the games and other things in the dump shop area.

After Mission Space we headed over to Soarin. We stopped and listened to these guys on the way over.
Disney%252520547.JPG

Lexi asked Jon to take a picture of these
Disney%252520551.JPG

We got our Soarin FP's and headed over to ride Living With The Land. We rode that and then had 10 minuets until it was time to ride Soarin. We all loved it. For some reason Jon didn't take any more pictures while we were here.

Continued in next post.

After we left Soarin we headed here

It was time for us to eat here
Disney%252520560.JPG

Jon and I each ordered a bowl of this yummy soup.

Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup

Jon's entree

Mushroom Filet Mignon

My entree
Disney%252520564.JPG

I had the Filet too but without the mushrooms and with the cream cheese potatoes instead of the risotto.

Alexia's entree

Dad no more pictures!
She wanted the pizza (again). I was really surprised because she loves, loves, loves, steak so I thought for sure she was going to pick the steak. She really did only eat the carrots and celery though. She also had a Mango Smoothie to drink as it was part of the dining plan.

Our dessert!
Disney%252520569.JPG

Jon and I both had the Maple Creme Brulee. It tied for my favorite dessert. I will tell you what that was when we get there.

Lexi's dessert

She had the ice cream sundae.

An after lunch picture

The sun had come out while we were at lunch again.

We headed back to Future World

Hidden Mickey

After we were done looking at the fish and riding in the clam shells we went to talk with Crush

Lexi sat with the other kids in the front.

On the way out Lexi wanted another picture

There you go making me hungry again! :lmao: We haven't tried Le Celier yet, but everyone's pictures make me want to go there!

Bummer Lexie decided not to ride Test Track, but my oldest is the same way...she wants to try and then backs out in the end. But there are plenty of other fun things to do....

Looking forward to reading about the rest of your day! :thumbsup2

We've never been to LeCellier either, but I do have a lunch ressie for our Sept. trip. We're anxious to try it.:cool1:

Great Epcot day! Love that you met all those characters on arrival :thumbsup2

Mmm your meal at Le Cellier looks soo yummy! popcorn::

Disney%252520609.JPG

Nice pics. I really like it when kids are willing to wear the mouse ears for lots of photos. It is so sweet. :cutie:

Great pictures of your Epcot day.

We were actually at Epcot on the same day, just later in the afternoon.

Just read through the entire report. It's not boring at all, don't worry. LOts of pretty pictures to bind it all together.
And Lexie looks awesome in those ears :cool1:

We're going to be standing right there next week! :dance3:

It's not easy for little girls to wait patiently for a bus when it is time to go to a park.

I would have mushroom steak and potatoes. I would need to return a couple of hours later for that creme brulee that looks so scrumptious. ;)

Wonderful TR so far. You have a beautiful daughter. I love the pictures you and your husband took. Im glad you guys forgave each other after the little incident at the MK. I am looking forward to reading more about your trip and seeing more pics. Take care :-)

caught up! Oh that LeCellier dinner looks GOOD right now and Lexie is SO cute in those ears. I'm a sucker for the classic.

I get hungry looking at my pictures too. It is the perfect day here for some of that soup. It is windy, cold, and cloudy with an occasional shower thrown in.
She did ride a lot of rides and had a great time even if she didn't ride Test Track. She was happy with her vacation.

I hope you will love it like we did.

It was a great day and I am only half way through. We did have a great meal.

She loves her ears and will still wear them about one day a week.

Great pictures of your Epcot day.

I am only about half way through our Epcot day so maybe we were there at the same time.

I'm loving your TR. I wish I could have been home schooled at AK! :)

I know wouldn't that be cool. Our zoo here has some programs for home schoolers and I am looking forward to sending Lexi to some of them.

Thanks about it not being boring. This is my first trip report so I was really nervous about having readers.

It won't be to much longer for you guys now MeMom and you will be standing there with your beautiful family in your happy place. She did a really good job waiting in line on our vacation. I was wondering how she would do and she did great. I did try a bite and the mushrooms weren't to bad. I don't really care for them. I love mashed potatoes so I was really happy with mine. It did help that we really didn't eat much breakfast and we walked a lot.

I just read through your whole report and caught up. Lexi is seriously cute!! :lovestruc

I am so glad you stopped by. I haven't seen you much here on the Dis lately. How is school going? (Are you still in school?)

It must be catch up day! Looking forward to more!

Thanks! I am playing catch up today.

Thank you for stopping in. I am pretty impressed that our little point and shoot camera got so many great pictures.

I have to agree that it does sound wonderful right now. I love the pictures of her with her ears on too. I am really glad she picked the classic ones too.

Sorry guys I was going to do an update today but I forgot my thumb drive that has my pictures on it. I probably won't get to do an update until tomorrow evening. Thanks for your patience.
