Ok Now I am in a panic

Delta changed our flight times and told me that they can see our reservations but that our tickets are now invalid. Herein lies my problem. Our TA lives and is based out of New Jersey while we are in Ohio. There is no way possible for her to ship us new tickets because we are supposed to leave early tommorrow morning (tommorrow morning being Sunday December 17th)
 
SHe should be able to work with the airline to get you set up where you would only need to show ID to get them at the counter. The carriers usually charge a fee for this service, but if the problem was based on their change or error, they should waive the fee.

I have no idea why your TA issued paper tickets, most have moved to e-tickets these days.

Ok everything has been resolved except now we can't checkin online. we have to do that at the airport now instead
