Ok gang it's time to get serious!!

Just checking in........

So far, I'm on track. I have been drinking my water and getting in plenty of walking. I hate the journaling too, but i have found that it does really make me think twice before I eat something I shouldn't! Unfortunately, they catered all the meals into that darn retreat I had to attend this weekend. I stayed OP as much as I could, but the available choices were not always good. I did avoid the biscuits and gravy at breakfast--a major hurdle for me!
 
Ok, don't know where I have been, but I missed this thread... so I'm starting late.... what I would have said is-- I'm having trouble getting my WATP tape back into the VCR ( I know I have to actually PICK IT UP right!) ok, so I will do my tape twice tomorrow , once Thursday, and twice on Friday.. and get back to drinking ALL My water.. at least 64 oz worth... so doing my tape 5 times should make up for missing Monday and Tuesday right???

I'm doing great, mainly because I have to mention to myself almost every day, "can't have that, cause I'm on Alex's challenge". It really works!

Still have two more journal entries to complete. I hate journaling too. :rolleyes:

Alex, I've lost 7-lbs. in 21 days. My weigh day is on Saturday. I weigh 321 lbs. I could only make 8, 10, 10 minutes on the treadmill before stopping.

I'm still hanging in there! Depressed, crabby and miserable - but I'm hanging tough with your as-close-to-zero-carbs-as-possible challenge and also much water!

I made it through my tough Wednesday, without eating everything in sight. I even had an offer for a lunch date which I passed up. ;)

You don't WANT to lose more than that!!! that is safe healthy weight loss.... really you should aim for 2 pounds a week

My major goal this week has been to cut the fat to under 30% of my food intake and Yes I have done it I believe everyday.
Most days Ive had that 3rd 24oz bottle of water.

I am SO TIRED from all the exercise! Today is my scheduled day off but I plan to my strength & flexibility exercises anyway.

Tomorrow will be the tough day because it's DH's retirement dinner. My plan for that is to skip all the extras & bring home a doggie bag. :teeth:

I still hate journaling. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who feels that way.
 
Ok THAT'S 2!!
It may be late, but not quite midnight yet-- so YEAH.. I did my 2 walks today!!! 2 miles EACH!!
And I drank all my water-- geesh, I'll be up 3 times at least tonight-- LOL

BUT I did it!!!

Ok, YEAH to ALL of us.. we can do it!!!!!

Just finished my last ounce of my 64oz of water! yahoo!!
Just have to get through the last few hours. I can do this!
 
I'm in too. I started this WISH stuff a while ago and have been on & off and really haven't lost anything yet. Bad me!

I talked to DH about cutting carbs and he needs to lose weight too so he has agreed to Cut the Carbs and eat more fish. The hard part is trying to cook stuff the kids will eat and avoid eatting it myself.

If only the weather would get on my side I would get out and walk more. I'm soooo tired of rain! When did the states flip to give the East Coast Seattle weather???

Anyone have any suggestions for middle flubber? Four kids in 7 years has really taken it's toll on my body. Is my only option crunches?
