Tuesday- YMCA- doing 4.0 speed for 5 straight minutes then staying at 3.8 and on to nautilus

Eating more salads/veggies/no PMS food!!!

I've met my walking goals both Fri & today, & have not touched a single bite that was not on my scheduled plan. Although I'm not on Atkins, I've been looking at what I'm logging as my food entries & am trying to find ways to cut out at least some of the carbs in my diet. I'm finding I really do eat a lot of foods that are high in carbs by logging everything I eat & reading the nutrition labels!
