I ate out for the first time in 27 days and stayed zero carbs. and met a great bunch of DISers, too.

My goal was to drink 64 oz of water each day (DONE! and I think we get extra points for all the exercise we get walking to the bathroom!!!), and to exercise with Pilates 3 times. I'm a tad sore, and my moves sure don't look like the women on the video, but I did it!

Thanks, Alex. I KNEW I had to force myself to do the exercise this week, or make up a good excuse for why I didn't.

I was able to complete my goal also. The end of the challenge got difficult with TOM but I did it and survived. Thanks for the challenge because without it, I think I would have been very slack a couple of days . Thanks Alex.

I made it! This challenge really helped keep me on track this week. There were several times I was tempted to cheat, but then I'd think of the Alex Challenge & I knew I couldn't give in to temptation! I think I'm going to stick with it for another week just because I really want to get to my 10 lb clippie, & I don't think I'm there yet.

Well I guess since I am starting Atkins on Monday that counts as doing something more then I am doing now so count me in.

So my goal for this week is stick to the 20 carbs I am allowed and give it my all.

Busy week and no time for interim posting - I was always walking (treadmill and WATP) and journaling - is there more to life - oh yes- forgot about all those "pit stops" too from the H20 intake.
