and why do YOU need to get serious??? because I went to Disney and ate like a pig!!!!
So it is time for the webmasteralex challenge... Part deux!!!
This time it is going to be very simple!!!!... just do more of whatever the heck it is you are doing... and more in the case of excersize... that's right this is the "roll your own challenge!"
simply post here with what you are doing and how you are going to do it better starting...oh gosh need to give everyone some warning...

SO who is with me??? We are going to drop some SERIOUS poundage this week!! Bathing suit season is coming...

I'm going into 0 carb mode and will hit the gym 3 times next week!!!!

and before anyone asks yes I will find you all some new clipart..

Ok so practice self torture... what are YOU doing next week....
 
I am in....I will do the 0 carbs...walk everyday and the gym atleast everyother day. That dang scale says I gained 9 pounds in days. I stillcan't get over that :mad:

So I a in :)
 
Cut the fat out of my diet -get it down under 30% of my calorie intake.

Walk, walk, walk - mow, mow, mow. Once it's dry enough to get out there, mowing that yard is going to be a greater task than usual! Im hoping to get a start on it tonight cos more rain is coming.
 
I will be drinking a heck of a lot more water and helping out on field days in my kids schools, that means garanteed workout! ;)
 

Oh, Alex, I'm afraid I'll have to set this one out. I'm heading off to Disney World in a couple of days and the last thing I want to be doing at WDW is an Alex Challenge!!

I'm in!!! Staying on induction (it will be 2 weeks on Sunday, anyway). Figure out why I'm not losing weight as quickly as I think I'm supposed to. But most of all, get more active. I need to buy the Atkins book & a couple of the WATP videos & get on the exercise bandwagon. I can be a lazybones so I will really need some motivation. Some needs to tell me to get off my bum & get moving!!!!!!!:eek: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :eek: :bounce: :bounce: :smooth:
 
I'm in! I will be doing 0 carbs this week and 2 miles walking each night along with weights in the evening! I need this challenge!
 
I'm IN!! Leaving for a weekend get away with DH to Bermuda on June 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lo carbing..........0-20 carbs per day!!! Exercising (soccer game tomorrow night), massive housecleaning because hosting nephews HS graduation party at my house!!!!!!!!!! Treadmill!!!

We can do it!!
 
I didn't do the first Alex challenge, but count me in our part II! I will stick to my 1200 calorie plan like glue, get ALL my water in each day, and move my exercise up to 10 hours for the week.

Common everyone, let's join Alex!

Ok You know I have to be in!!!! Alex said the 2 magic words!!!! CHALLENGE and CLIPART!!!!


I will stick to the bottom end of the spectrum walk at least 2 miles 4 days out of the week and at least 6 miles one of those days and do some other form of excercise the other 3, drink at least 100 ounces of water a day and have more dairy this weeek!!!
 
Count me in...I've been on induction for a week and a half and lost 1 pound....it's getting not worth it!
 
I'm definitely in... day two here already! First day is always the hardest so I've got that done.

I am eliminating refined sugar/flour - things like cake, crackers, Krispy Kremes :rolleyes: , bread, etc...

Oh, I'll add some arm exercises in too... even though they don't seem to be making a difference. :( Still have pancake arms...

I'm in on this one, mainly because I've been slacking off lately and I need a good stiff kick in the butt!

So..my own challenge is to get back to drinking those 6-8 glasses of water every day and to get moving and do some excercising!
 
Since Im not on a real program, this is hard to come up with something, but I need something.
How about... No snacks between meals(sensible meals) on Sunday & Wednesday, days where I tend to cheat too much, and Ill avoid ALL chocolate for a week. :eek:

I'll join in on this one. I will continue to stay within my WW point range along with my treadmilling 6 days/week. I have been doing Pilates routine, but not consistently. I am going to do Pilates Friday, Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday. I am also going to start some weight training. I already feel some sore muscles coming on.:Pinkbounc Thanks for the incentive to bump up the exercise routine.
 
I'm in! Sticking under 20 carbs per day, and I'm going to start my walking program this weekend (after I buy new shoes)!!

I`m in!! I am doing induction again this week anyway,to support my hubby who is starting atkins! I also need to up my water intake (i HATE drinking water) Also,need to get off my bum and do WATP at least every other day!!

I'll drink 100oz of water everyday and walk 2 miles three times during the week and do my exercise tape every night!
