Oi!!! I lost my AP's....do they replace???

AP's are "tied" to people (unlike MYW) so they should be able to do so if you have a photo I D with a matching address to what you have on file for the AP.

Per Chesire Figment's ticketing faq:

Very easy is Florida Residents and Annual
Passholders. For this you can go to any park
ticket booth or Guest Relations Office (GRO) with
proper identification. The tickets are registered by
name, address and birth date. It is very simple to
reissue the lost ticket this way.

TIW is not as easy on your wallet ..
I think you have to pay $50 for a replaced card (TIW are not as tied to people so if TIW replacements were free, people would get those instead of paying for a spouse TIW)

Not sure how your trips work out, but you may want to consider buying a new TiW for $75 that expires 12/13 months in the future and would remain valid after your current AP expires (if they let you, it may have to go under a spouse, and would you do a solo trip?)

In that case I would just focus on places that give an ap food discount for this trip instead of replacing the tiw card. Some also have a dvc discount. I always feel like I've got out a deck of playing cards when we go to pay a check as I try to figure out which is the best discount to use.
