Ohana's Ques.

We will have one 6 year old in our group of 9 family members that really will eat nothing but hot dogs or chicken strips. Do we have a chance of getting this off the menu, or do we need to just skip O'hana - or maybe my family of 4 will just go. My kids will eat anything.

They do have an alternative children's menu. In October 2004 I saw a child eating chicken strips and mac& cheese. I'm not sure if that is still offered...maybe someone else will know for sure, or if not you could always call and ask :)

If your child won't eat off the food that is served, your waiter can get a kids meal from Kona which is next door - you have to ask for it, and some waiters will charge you just for the kids meal price from next door while others will charge the flat Ohanas price, depends on the server. They don't have any published kids menu, as the food is family style and very kid friendly.

We love Ohanas, and feel we got our moneys worth - it's a very loud, family friendly environment. I'll be honest, though we love it, I wouldn't celebrate our anniversary there, but instead choose a similarly priced nicer place. JMHO. We do love Ohanas, though =)

We did Ohana's for the 1st time this May. We both looked at each other and said "How is it we never did this before, this place rocks!!!!"

I loved the lazy suazane, he kept bringing back more. The service was great, the food was great, it was fun for DD and fun for us too. We had a great table, but no fireworks that night due to Grad night. The wontons are great, along with the steak and pork.

The kicker was dinner for the 2 of us and 4 year old DD cost the same as the very bad lunch at Norway. :earseek: Ohana's was soooooo much better.

Ben there, done that, going back.

So, when we go, if the kids want the mac and cheese or fingers (we'll try to get them to eat what's served for sure) will we be charged for all four on the dining plan and then pay for whatever kids' meals we might have to order? Ahhh, I think this is the first time this question has been asked :teeth:

:earseek: Oh my god! the pictures of the food are great. I might add this place somwhere in my Ar for september. Problem is where!? :rotfl2:
