Hello all....quick question for anyone who has been recently....What is on the current menu at 'Ohana's? Have they brought back any of the original faves that they removed this past year? :guilty:

Anybody who is a fan of this place's dinner menu will know what I mean....IT JUST WASN"T THE SAME LAST TIME!!!!!

Thanks!:hippie:

Not sure what was on it before Aug 2008 but in Aug we went to Ohana's. My husband really liked it--as did the rest of us.

There was hawiian bread and salad to begin the dinner with some sort of Ginger-ish type dressing. They had skewers of turkey, pork, shrimp, steak, chicken--I think that was all the meat but I may be missing one. YUMMY skewers, salad was okay, bread was YUMMY.

Not sure if there was somethign else in the main dish--must not have been show stopping if I don't remember it.
The desert was warm pinapple bread puding with vanilla ice cream--YUMMY!!

I plan to go back there in Oct 2010. I thought is was pretty yummy. What was there before that has been removed from the menu?

I'm not sure what you miss.. I remember the old "egg roll" things and all that, but really, I still love 'Ohana and I think the food is great.:thumbsup2

We were there the first week of February and everything was good. We had the salad, and bread. Wings, dipping sauces, noodles, and all the meats brought to our table. Love it! We also got to see Wishes from our table and it was fantastic.:goodvibes

Yes, alot of this is the same, but I would like to see the potatoes and the rice back instead of those yuck-a noodles....the other stuff is still good. I am just not so good with change I guess.

No offense on the noodles comment. :cutie:

I know exactly what you mean and no, the menu changes are still the same. I sure miss those potatos!

Still though, O'Hana's is one of my favorite restaurants at WDW.

Hi all. When we were there a couple of years ago, they had these amazing boiled shrimp in the shells for appetizers. It was worth going there just for them. It looks like they have nixed them; anyone know?

Thanks, Kelly

I liked my bowl of broccoli with the peanut sauce last year. I guess there is no more broccoli.
I don't see the noodles on the menu anymore. The boiled shrimp weren't there in aug 2008. They grill them now. They were different but yummy!
