I am starting to look at restruants we would like to eat at in April 09. We would like to try Ohana's but will only be able to do one of the meals. Which one do you like breakfast or supper? My DS will be 6 yrs old.

I always prefer dinner over breakfast. As far as Ohana goes, ive only had supper but I loved it!!

We had dinner there in May and loved it. It isn't a character dinner, but my son who was 5 at the time loved it. He really enjoyed the coconut races, the limbo, and learning the hula dances that they did through the restaurant. The food was really good too.

We love the breakfast here.

And, I could be wrong, but I do not think the characters are there for dinner. Your 6 yo may enjoy the character interaction.

Cannot comment on dinner but I hope you have a great visit.

We do both! We love the characters and food for breakfast and we don't miss it. We also love the food at dinner and that is also a don't be missed meal. I will be eating dinner there is Saturday and breakfast there next Saturdy. If I could fit it in I'd have dinner there twice a trip! LOL!

We have done both and DH prefers breakfast (awesome food and great character fun) but I loved the dinner because of the dessert :thumbsup2

Thank you for advise. I would like to do the breakfast there for the character's but my DH would like to use most of are TS meals at lunch or dinner but said we can do 1 TS at Breakfast. It sounds like both meals are great and DS would love either. Now I want to do both but I think we might try for supper so we can do Boma for Breakfast.

We ate there for dinner last month. OMG, it was wonderful!! DH said it was a place we had to eat at each trip from now on. DD who can be a picky eater (she ate wonderful at Disney) ate the noodles they brought. We couldn't believe it.

We didn't eat there at breakfast but I want to. If only I had known that DD was thrilled with Stitch we would have opted to eat there. However when we made the reservations he wasn't high on the list. Not long after the reservations were made (if only we didn't need to make them 180+ days out) was when the Stitch stage hit.

I say go for breakfast as the characters are there. Believe me the breakfast goes beyond "eggs and bacon". There are Mickey waffles, pineapple bread and some other kind of sweet bread (YUMMY), wonderful roasted breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon and of course the typical "eggs and bacon". I really think your DS would truly enjoy it! My DH says it was the absolute best breakfast he has ever had in his life!

I've done both, and I'd pick dinner over breakfast. Breakfast does have characters, but the food is basic breakfast. The dinner is unique and delicious! My kids loved the games and hula lessons.
