Hi!

I just made dining arrangements for Sunday, 9/23/07 at Ohana. The closest time to dinner that I could get was 4:10 pm (next available was 9:00 pm).

However, when I looked at the menu on the Dis boards for Ohana, it says the hours of Operation start at 5:00 pm.

So.... what's at 4:10 pm? I asked if this was dinner time and the dining agent said "yes". Are the different hours on Sundays?

I know some restaurants added times just because of the free DDP. This could be an added time just to accomodate the extra ADRs

O'Hana'sonly serves breakfast and dinner. I would not worry that you accidently got a lunch ressie.

Yes, when DBF and I went last August, we had a 4:10 dinner reservation. It was so nice because it wasn't crowded yet and the servers were all at the same point with their guests, so we got top-notch service and plenty of attention from the meat skewer-bearers.

I must say, that first time there was our absolute best experience. We had a table at a window along the lagoon, and if it wasn't soooo darn early in the day I'd love to eat at that time, every time (and it's our favorite TS; we go at least twice a trip)! Beware of the overindulging... you aren't going to feel like too many motion-filled rides after that one!

never_enough_pooh: I have the same situation for Saturday 15th, the only tables available were 4:10 pm and 9pm, so I took the former since 9pm is too late for my kids.
I was worried about the time too, but after reading the post, I'm OK now.
