Oh No NO No To Happy Limousines!!!!

Booked Happy Limousines prior to holiday. It was our wedding anniversay and we were to spend the day at Seaworld. The booking was to include a round trip form Port Orleans French Quarters, with soda on each trip and champagne on return journey, cost $168 for 10 mins each way. Booked and collected on time.
Driver stated the original limo had broken down therefore no soda etc on 1st trip. we stated that was okay as wanted the champagne and soda on return journey more anyway. Collected later in day, no A/C turned on in limo, no champagne as paid for and agreed, only thing to drink was really hot diet coke or sprite!!!
Driver states really not good enough but hey he was only the driver!! (hey we were only the customers!!!!) So we drank really hot diet coke in dusty champagne glasses on the 10 minute trip back. Driver told us to contact the office as yes, the service had been poor. The office stated they would reimburse $0.75 X 3 for each hot soda!! Could speak to owner but he was away until next week BYE!!!!!!!
Nothing reimbursed not even cost of champagnge paid for!!!!
This was the biggest dissappointmet of our 3 week stay, I thought happy Limousines would be great. I would NEVER EVER recommend!!!! DO NOT USE HAPPY LIMOUSINES FOR A SPECIAL OR EFFICIENT OCCASION!!!

Sorry to hear this. We used Happy Limo last year for a round trip between the airport and All-Star Music, and had no problems. We used Tiffany this year, though, and liked them better.

We also used Happy Limo for our cruise a couple of years ago. I was NOT happy with the service at ALL!! At the DCL port, the people working there, while we were still WAITING for our limo, said "oh, Happy Limo, you'll be here a while" and we were.
I agree, don't use Happy Limo, you WON'T be happy!!!

Did you pay by credit card? If so, I would dispute the charges with the credit card company.

I agree with Cora. If you paid by credit card dispute the charge with the card company. Hopefully that way you can at least recoup the price of the champagne.

168.00 to Sea World??? What??? Are they crazy. They completely ripped you off. I don't care if champagne was supposed to be included. We went to Sea World 2 years ago by way of a towncar service...50.00 round trip from POR. Thats all. And thats a party of five. This is an outrage. You got duped.

There customers service rep on the phone had the worst attitude. He acted as if my call to change the flight arrival times was an interruption of his day. So I immediately told him to cancel my reservation. I would rather take Mears than be treated disrespectly when I am paying "my" hard earned money!

Hi,
I did pay by credit card, never thought to query the cost with the credit card company. Thanks for the advice Cora, I will phone them today. Well I suppose at some time or other we all get duped, I am just so cross with myself for letting them get away with it, what an expensive lesson to learn!!
