Another Frunch fan here! I love Boma for breakfast and for dinner. We have also had Albert as our server a couple of times at breakfast. ETA: The recipe I've seen on the web calls for mango juice, not concentrate. As for the pineapple juice concentrate, if it mixes up as 1 can concentrate plus 3 cans of water, maybe you could just use 32 oz of pineapple juice instead of the concentrate? I haven't tried to make Frunch myself. If you do, I'd like to hear how it turns out. Thanks!
