Oh Boy! Another Cruise

I just got some good news. DHs work is sending us on a cruise. (6-8 weeks after we return from our family DCL 4 night) It is a yearly business trip and each year there is a different destination. For example 1 year it was Disney World, another year Acapoulco (sp) and so on. This is the 1st time it has been a cruise. In the past it has always been a 3 day - 2 night event. I am wondering if anyone knows of a cruiseline that has a 2 night cruise. (Departs from Fla. and visits Mexico- late Feb or Early March)
I have searched Expedia and Travelocity and can't find anything. Maybe they will extend the trip by 1 day. That would be cool.
I am very excited- except I have never spent even 1 night away from my baby (He will be 2 and 2 months) I hope my mom will take care of the kids for me.

I don't see a 2 night cruise from Fla with a stop in Mexico so I am hoping it will be a free 3 nighter! Woo Hoo-
I won't find out the details until October or November and the suspense is killing me. I am dying to know what cruise line.
