Ok - I'll ask - and I feel dumb...what's turnover? How many times you take a stride in a certain period of time?
I wasn't sure either so I googled it.

It's the amount of steps you take in two minutes.

Almost, its the number of foot falls in a minute. So a turnover of 180 means 180 steps in a minute. Where some confusion may exist is that the either leg is only stepping half that or in the example, 90 times a minute.... i guess if you hopped it would all be on one leg.
Echoing John.
These improvements should take the rest of this training season to implement. If you find your turnover is 120 just speeding the legs up tomorrow will create a huge increase in heart rate and you will fatigue quickly. Practice and keep drilling once a week to work on mid to forefoot falls and higher turnover.
Aso, for 95%+ of the runners you will see, stride lengths are just right or too long. Just go with what feels good and do some speed play drills in addition to hills for form practice. Here is a quick link for some dirlls. Please note the contra-indications and note that in a marathon build, I would not do these more than every other week - and only 2-4 of the drills in the video.
