All these events really add up. For christmas this year I have asked for Disney gift cards or and funds to support the run disney habit.
At least it's a healthy habbit!

It's on the bottom of your waiver. It'll have your name, shirt size, & the number listed there as well is the bib #
I know it is still inaccurate this far out, but Accuweather now has extended forecasts available through marathon Sunday! http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/lake-buena-vista-fl/32830/january-weather/2257551?monyr=1/1/2013
Time to obsess about weather!![]()
NO....
If anything, fall back on pace just a bit as you start off the training run.
Note - if you are following a Galloway plan, the long run are really the key runs and the weekday runs are to keep you loose. Likewise, with Higdon's Novice plan, the runs are longer, but most folks really focus their effort on the long run.
Go out have a great long run this weekend and then enjoy Taper
Thanks, now for the waiver. Where do I find that? You see, my problem is that I signed up my DH, DD, and her friend on April 3. So I can't remember what's what...
I do have emails with receipts and confirmations, though.
Any more things I should know and pass on to them? I figured that if they do the running I could do all the admin stuff for them...![]()
I like the weather for 12/31. Here's praying it stays that way for marathon day.
Go to the RunDisney site and select Marathon Weekend tab. Look in the "runner info" section, and click on "waivers". You should be able to enter their last name and a couple other pieces of info to print out their waver form. They can take this to the expo the day before their race and speed the process of packet pickup. I've copied a link for you below - on that link, you should see the "waiver" tab at the top. NOTE - You'll need to print the waivers for each member doing a race, and a separate waiver for each race event (I think)....

Having done all my training in the cold/wet/miserable Ohio weather, I would actually rather it be a little cooler at the start (maybe mid 40's), and peak out around 55 when I'm done. Of course, I want it to be warmer the days before and after the race so I can more easily enjoy the parks. ;-)

I'm supposed to do my big 2-0 and hopefully any snow we get is off the trails by then. I don't think they expect much here in our part of IL (maybe 1-2 inches) but the wind will be (already is?) brutal. Hope the big wind is gone by the time I go out on Saturday.
