Just got off the phone...no luck at all! I told the CM that "a friend" of mine had received this offer when calling so I just wanted to check on it, too. She acted like she hadn't heard of a PIN code with that offer or really of that ever happening. She diligently tried to find something for me, but nothing came up. She even checked availability at SSR and said sometimes special offers just pop up, but nothing popped up for me.
For you guys that got the upgrade, what did you say when you called? Is this a PIN thing or just luck of the computer or what??????
Funny, I did the exact same thing, three times now, each with a different CM. Said a friend got it and I didn't have email access, could they check. They did, said it would cost $2400+ to upgrade to SSR.
Just curious, have any Canadians received the upgrade offer?
