Found really cute "Tink" head bands, think green sparkly wire decorated with small green leaves and a small picture of Tink at the top, at the party store. Really inexpensive and it was in the Tinker Bell party section. Looks cute by itself or maybe I'll wear it with my Run Disney hat.
I bought those a while back for the race too! If you haven't opened them and kept the receipt, you should return them and I can bring 1 of the extras for you if you want.
ITwo weeks from now we will be racing!![]()
I was thinking the same thing. I went to the gym this morning and when I looked at the clock in my car, I thought, "2 weeks from now, it'll all be over."
Dang it! I waited too long and the tour I wanted to do on the 28th is sold out. It's available on the 29th but I don't know how I'll feel that day, if I'll want to do it, so I don't think I should book it Or should I?
Which tour were you looking at? Was it the Walt's Tour? I think you'll be okay though, the tours don't go at a fast pace so I think you should be okay.
No run today, my lab had a bad night last night and she was up and down the whole way night. But she's 11 and old, so I can't get too mad at her. Hopefully a lot of people have tomorrow off, otherwise my 15 miler will take forever!
I've got to try next week.
Otherwise, I'm aiming my outfit colors to look like Tinker Bell's friend who wears blue because we have the same hair.... (I could look up her name, but I'm too lazy right now. haha!)

To start w/, it was really cold so my lungs weren't really cooperating, but I know that that is a temp thing and wouldn't happen if it were warmer. But what was really aggravating were my legs. I ended up only getting in 10, b/c they were absolute lead. And not only that I ended up walking most of it! They've been like that for the past week and they're not getting any lighter. I think it's b/c I haven't had any real time off after training for the marathon last month and my body is just rejecting everything. I'm not worried about finishing next weekend, it's just that I really wanted to run this 1/2 well. I was hoping to hit below 2:40 and possibly 2:30, but if it's anything like today or the past week, I'll be lucky to break 3. I haven't PR'd in a long time, and was looking forward to hitting 1 this time. I know I'll enjoy the race, that's not the problem, I just think that when you're looking forward to a goal and it doesn't happen it is upsetting. I don't know... maybe I just won't run until the race and just do cardio at the gym?
(I much prefer the DL version over the WDW one.)
