Any favorites yet?

So far Cao Boi seems to be a pretty colorful individual.

Wonder if that one guy will still have the red mark until he gets voted off. :happytv:

I like Sundra & Rebecca. It's all superficial right now, I think they are beautiful and have a lot of spirit/spunk. I was glad they didn't get broken up. I hope the 3 girls stay strong. DH was adamant that he saw Jonathan on TV before so I looked him sure enough he's been in a lot of TV stuff!

And that exile island, I don't think I'd mind being banished to there for a couple days, it's a lot nicer than last years! I could hang by the beach :)

First time subscribing........

Well, I haven't seen Surivor in two years now, was the biggest fan for the first 9 seasons. Kind of slacked off here. But I watched this one cuz of the racial divide and was curious.

I like the stero typical jokes amongst themselves.

I KNEW the Asian team would win the competition. I knew the black team would be last.........

It was a good show to watch. Will continue to watch.

I had a friend who happened to be of Asian descent (first generation American) who could get rid of my headaches. However--none of them involved a rug burn mark on my face. :teeth:

By the end of the episode they were getting a bit annoying. It seems next week that it is getting annoying in at least one tribe.

Very good show. It goes to show that no matter how they're split up it still becomes a gender and alpha male fight to the finish. I'm glad the guy who left is gone, he was rattling my nerves. Hasn't he EVER watched the show before? The first person to put themselves up as the know it all is ALWAYS the first to leave!

I like Cao Boi, what a character! The others I have to find out later.

I wonder if that was just a joke the "old guy" of the group decided to play on the younger ones. If so, go Cao Boi!! :rotfl:

It didn't take long for them to make jokes about stereotypes, did it? Hopefully they'll all get it out of their systems in a hurry.

He might have had a fighting chance if he actually made fire.

His--"I'll make fire and then when I'm gone you'll have no fire" speech was funny. Now I expected seens of him working feverlishy to make fire. I should have known it was just all talk.

I don't know--I think he was serious. My friend would tell me some things and she was really big into acupressure and such. Just never any face squashing though. But she was Chinese and not Vietnamese, so I cannot vouch for the legitimacy of face squashing and rug burns. :confused3

I had a feeling he would be gone. He got quite a bit of face time in this episode. That's always been a pretty good indicator of who gets voted out.
