I don't know, it just disturbed me, like I was watching a kidnapping or something.

I was in the kitchen and Jonathan was talking and for a split second I was confused and thought Alan Alda was on Survivor!

If the winning reward tribe had been smart they would have "kidnapped" Christina and shook things up for the other tribe, who would have been forced to change their voting strategies. That would have made for some interesting alliances and bickering amongst the tribemates.

I too think they should have chosen Cristina. It was pretty obvious who they were going to vote for so by picking her it would have made them scramble for a vote. That would have been more interesting than choosing somebody that would have no impact. I do have to wonder why they chose Nate though......

Did anyone notice on Jenny's vote slip after Christina's name, she drew a picture of a gun? I watched the Early Show where they mentioned it and Christina was very offended. Seems her Dad was also a police officer who was killed in the line of duty.

My wife picked up on the Hawkeye factor in the first episode. Sounds exactly like a young Alan Alda.

They should have definately picked Cristina. It likely would have only resulted in Jenny going home, but at least it would have created some turmoil.

I'm with you guys - they should have kidnapped Christina. That would have forced the other tribe to scramble to vote somebody else off. Christina was so alienated by her tribe that she probably would have given them all kinds of inside info (i.e., "dirt") on the other tribe. What could possibly have been their reasoning to pick Nate????

This just goes to show how people can see things in two completely different ways...

I thought she drew the gun as a symbol to represent that she was a cop. I didn't take it as anything more than that.

The only reason I can think of regaurding Nate is that he is strong...maybe they thought it would weaken their camp??? Oh, didn't he say he caught an octopus? Maybe they thought they were kidnapping their fisherman???

I liked the challenge...but maybe I am just barbaric...lol.

I was just talking about that with a friend this morning. It's amazing how many good sized fish, and other seafood items, are easily caught so close to camp.

Does anybody even look like they have lost weight? So far it appears to be the total opposite of every season before it.

I have to disagree, I for one was glad to see a challenge that I'd never seen before, I thought it was a little different.

This is no big deal but did anyone notice how pretty coi bois writing of I forget the girls name that he wrote down, he must be an artist. It looked like caligraphy. Just something I noticed.

I was a little surprised that they didn't go with the plan that coi boi came up with, that seemed to make the most sense for them, but I guess he just got on their nerves too much. I'm sad to see him go, he was by far the most interesting one left, but I'm sure he was tough to live with.

I was a little surprised that they didn't go with the plan that coi boi came up with, that seemed to make the most sense for them, but I guess he just got on their nerves too much. I'm sad to see him go, he was by far the most interesting one left, but I'm sure he was tough to live with.

I would imagine that if they did that plan(Yul and Becky anyway) it would have been obvious that neither Candice or Jonathon had the idol, then Coi Boi would have known that Yul had it....his plan was made on the assumption that Jonathon had the idol. I think Yul and Becky did not want everyone else to know about the idol just yet. Everyone else(except "Flicka") was just tired of Coi Boi...he really wasn't that strong in challenges...actually more of a liability, and let's face it the essentric one usually don't last too long on this show anymore.

Yeah he was interesting on TV but I could imagine he was murder to deal with on a daily basis. When he was talking about his "dream" I was seriously beginning to wonder, as I think the other guy was, that he was psychotic. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

They were stupid not to take Christina. If only staying until the next reward challenge it would have weakened there team to have to keep her. They would have been scrambeling on who to vote out.

I noticed the gun too and thought it was in poor taste. If I recall the gun was pointing at the name and even had bullets shooting at the name. If she wanted to use it as reference to the fact she was a cop why have it shooting AT her?

I totally agree She was a strong player !! I think they should take a good hard look at Parvati...what does she contribute ??.... totally weak player and a waste of space... she is going to fly under the radar this game
