** OFFICIAL Survivor: Cook Islands Thread ** ‘Survivor’s’ new racial divide

I like the people, but the challenges are boring! They really need to come up with some new stuff. (I will admit the END of the immunity challenge was different.)

The only comment I have, is how DUMB was Stephannie?

She skimmed by when she had a weak moment, and told them to send her home, because they lost because she couldn't start the fire.

Ok, when they saved your silly butt, from now until the end, you make sure they KNOW how badly you want to stay in the game. You do not go and tell someone that if it is you, you could enjoy some mashed potatoes and gravy. Not even joke about it!

I did not feel bad for her at all. I think Cristina needed to go, but Stepannie asked for it.

Was anyone else surprised that Jeff didn't say anything to the tribe that invaded the other island? I thought their was a rule, they couldn't go to each other's island.

They are not allowed to talk to each other at challenges (socially) why would they be allowed to go and sit around a campfire and chat?

Maybe they let it go to (try to) make the show more interesting.

I think they let the tribe meet thing happen because it wasn't planned. The one tribe wanted to explore to look for more food and stumbled on the other tribe, they weren't seeking them out. The producers probably just figured they'd see what happened. Personally, I thought it wasn't worth the air time. Cao Boi was annoying--did he really think he'd get food or spices or anything from his competitors?

I liked the immunity challenge, it was at least a little different.

My only favorite so far is Yul, because he's got abs and the immunity idol.

I agree that was a new challenge and a good one.

yeah maybe. But how would they even know it was the other's tribe's space?
I think Cao Boi needs to go on exile island for a few days and talk to himself :lmao: :lmao:

If Cao Boi makes it to the merge now the other team already knows what a nut case he is and he may not be able to overcome their perception of him and he'll be booted out.

Do people really think they didn't know that island was where the other tribe lived?

It looked like at least one of them had a surprised look on their face, and it's possible they didn't know, but I would think they would have seen them coming from there at least once by now.

I didn't get the impression that they knew :confused3

Realistically, how could they NOT know when the teams have campfires going much of the time? I mean, there'd definately be smoke coming from that island and you'd have to assume it was the other team's camp.

And where they come from everytime they come together for a challenge.

I was a little disturbed by tonights challenge.......

I don't know why, but it was not fun to watch.

What happened? Of course I stopped taping it and something interesting happens. :rotfl:

I hated it too! Too physical and pulling clothes off?????

Does anyone else think that Jonathan sounds just like Alan Alda?

Actually I think that he sounds just like the sportscaster Al Michaels. He sort of looks like him too.

The challenge tonight was the only interesting segment of the show, everything else was a big 'ole snoozefest. I really hate it when they combine the reward challenge with the immunity challenge..it just makes everything seem so rushed; especially when it happens during the first 25 minutes of the show.

::yes:: YES!!!!! ::yes::

I was in the kitchen and Jonathan was talking and for a split second I was confused and thought Alan Alda was on Survivor! :lmao:

If the winning reward tribe had been smart they would have "kidnapped" Christina and shook things up for the other tribe, who would have been forced to change their voting strategies. That would have made for some interesting alliances and bickering amongst the tribemates.

I missed the show last night. I had two back to back meeting. :guilty:

And DH went to the hospital to visit his Mom and forgot to set up to record the show.

Who can recap for me??? :listen:
