Ok, So I'm starting to sweat a lil more now trying to find housing seeing as a lot of my "contacts" have all stated to fall through. If anyone is in a nice,close, furished place that are still looking for roommates then shoot me a PM, PLEASE!!

Hey Tricky. You might want to try checking out Craigslist.com (the Orlando version), rent.com, or roommates.com to find a roommate & a place to live for the spring. I found my place on Craigslist (and my roomie on here), and it seems like it's going to be really nice. Good luck!

I found my roomie on here too! I think it's going to be a great 6 months. And for those of you still looking for roommates and places to live, don't give up. There are a lot of other message boards with Spring PI's in similar situations, like wdwmagic, micechat, and livejournal. I'd check those boards out, or if any of you are current CP's and can log on to the portal, there are a lot of listings for people who are looking for roommates.

Woody's Girl, I am in Communications Planning too! I found out when they extended the offer that it was with International and College Program Recruiting. I'm not sure where exactly I'll be working, although a good friend of mine thinks it will be Celebration? I was told I'd receive a packet too, but nothing so far. Congrats to you, and I hope you find out your location soon!

I found out that I'll be working with the Transportation Team. I'm pretty sure my location will be in the Team Disney building, which is kind of exciting. I'm really excited because it seems like there will be a variety of work, so it won't get monotonous (hopefully). Congrats on your internship!

i found out that i will be managing MK Parking. I'm glad I finally know and am excited because i will also be in charge of the merchandise shop at the TTC and will learn about the auto plaza and the kennel, cool!

Hey allsmiles. I'm in the same boat as you, and have to say I'm a little concerned about the situation. I ended up with very good roommates for the CP, but I know of many who were not so fortunate. Just out of curiosity,would you be interested in finding a roomie before hand if possible? I'm not sure how I feel about it. I figured though if you found someone with common interests at least you would be guaranteed not to strangle at least one of your roomies.

Hi, my name is Carlos and I was offered two professional internships a few weeks ago; the Disney Learning Center and the Disney Vacation Club Sales Associate. I accepted the Disney Vacation Club internship. I'm really excited to make the big move to Orlando again.

I was wondering if anybody knew anymore details about the position? Like what is a typical day like? All I remember from the interview (which was like a month ago, hehe), was that we work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.

Are there any other Vacation Club people here besides me?

Congratulations on your internship! Im not doing DVC, but I am in Sales. (International sales) So far you are the only other person I have seen that is doing a sales related internship. I really don't know much about the positions, but I can't wait to start!!
