Did anyone watch last night? Alex!!!!! Wow!!!!! If he doesn't win this season it will be a shock. To be able to keep up and shine with Twitch in his genre is really something. And the Nappytab's routine was just so clever - I watched it 3 times!

It is clearly Melinda's time to go. But I thought it was just mean of Mia to say they should have booted her last week.

The girls simply lack star power this year. But the boys are full of talent (Alex, Billy) and personality (Kent, Jose).

I LOVED Alex and Twitch last night....clearly one of the best SYTYCD numbers EVER!!!!

I agree....the girls are just not up to par this year. I am loving Alex, Kent, Billy and Robert...and Jose is just the cutest thing ever.

I am really not sure who I would like to see win this year.

Mean Mia is what we call her. I thought Alex's and Twitch's hip hop routine was the best ever on the show. We are from Ohio and used to see Kent at competitions. He always won everything, but I agree, he needs to get away from the competition style of dance and always mugging to the audience. He needs to mature a little. But he's still my favorite!

I totally agree that Melinda needs to go. I didn't even watch her routine last night, just fast forwarded right through it.

Alex was amazing last night! I watched the routine 3 or 4 times just to see every little part of it.

I am really starting to like Robert too. I hope he makes it far in the competition.

Loved the wardrobe malfunction, or should I say all the comments about what happened. But, i was confused about one thing. I didn't think the performance show was live. I always thought it was filmed the night before. I guess I was wrong?

You're all right about Alex. He is head and shoulders above the rest of the dancers, and that includes Billy and Kent. As much as I like Kent, he does have to learn to control the deer in headlights look.

They mentioned a couple of weeks ago that it was a live show. I guess that is something new this season.

I also watched Alex' routine more than once it was so good!! I too agree that it's time for Melinda to go.

I just lkove anything with Twitch! But Alex did do very well last night - he kept his own!
The situation with the all stars has allowed the guys to take over, since it wont be 1 guy and 1 girl each week......

Loved the fact that they will be highlighting the all stars and that they started it off with The Garden, one of my favorite routines. Since Courtney and Mark are the only two all stars that have danced together (right, or was Neil season 4 too?), I wonder how they will pair future all stars on results night. Looking forward to it either way.

Yep, not much suspense regarding who was going home last night was there?

I don't think there are any more obvious choices when it comes to who is going next though, especially if you take personality and fan base into account.

Any bets on whether a guy will finally get the boot next?

I am going to guess Robert next. He just doesn't seem to be connecting with the audience - including me. But the judges may keep him.
