I'm happy for Lauren and think it's well-deserved. I would have felt the same for either Robert or Kent. They all worked so hard and did some amazing work.

Love, love, love the Mandy Moore routine for the British champ w/ Neil. Props to Neil for performing in an almost ballet style in the number. Pretty tough for a jazz specialist to maintain positions the way he did. Just beautiful.

Now I get to miss my show for another year. Won't even bother hoping for an extra season -- they'd ruin it.

I have a dumb question. Did anyone happen to notice that after Lauren was announced as the winner, Kent was hustled off the stage (presumably to give Lauren her moment in the spotlight), but when all the dancers came back onstage to congratulate her, I did not see Kent.

I haven't watched the finale yet, so I'll have to look for that.

While I am glad Lauren won, she worked hard, I really wanted Kent to win. Oh well. He seemed to get the shuffle...at least 3rd place had a farewell....2nd is just that, always the bridesmaid.....
He was back on stage with the dancers....I think one of the guys ran up to him and picked him up, in the back.
I loved the dance with Ellen - so cute!
It was a Nappy Tab kinda evening though - at least half of the favorite performances were ones they had choreographed! Great job!

Now add Twitch to the tour already and I will buy a ticket! I mean, he was in quite a few of the favs too!

I was glad that Lauren won. I think she did a phenomenal job with everything she was given. I would have been happy with Kent also, though. Kent was still on stage but over to the side after they announced Lauren won. And he was on stage at the end as well (Robert was carrying him around at one point).

Loved the dance with Ellen...she did pretty well keeping up. She is just a riot.

And Twitch....well I just love Twitch. He is just so great. I agree, wish he was on the tour.

Does anyone know what has become of all the past winners? What are they doing now?

I didn't care who won either...I thought they were all great on Wednesday night!

I thought the Mandy Moore routine was a sad finale routine and, well, I thnik she should have been called on it. What was she thinking? They had fun and that was great. Kent just seems to enjoy dancing, period.

Nice finale, imo, much better than last year.

Loved Ellen appearing. But I like her--she seems so nice. she seemed to really feel badly for alex and I thought it was a neat *gesture*.

The 7yo tap dancer was awesome, wasn't he?

And Hawk's group was awesome! That dancing always amazes me. I LOVE watching what they can make their bodies do!

....Twitch is one of the 'all-stars' so he WILL be touring....won't he??

Sadly, Twich is not one of the All Stars on the tour. Dominic is, however, which means we can expect a corny routine invloving him
