35 day, no Mickey Mail... I booked with a TA so I have to wait

We're at 38 days, no TA, no mail. All I'm waiting for is the ME tags, because we are using DVC and bought APs.

I would like to say thank you to everyone for their condolences... very much appreciated.

Our Pastor knew of Mom's love for Disney and made a remark during her services that brought a smile to everyone's face.... about how she was good friends with Mickey and how she and I would have wheelchair races thru Disney (not true). I will always miss her dearly, and especially at Disney... but I know she is no longer suffering and that is important!

On a side note.... my heart still isnt into drawing the countdown pictures, but I realized something... I have last years drawings.... I can scan them and post them without having to draw anymore.... so look for drawings... they will just be old ones...

Shhhq, I wish you lots of wonderful memories, Your mom is always going to be by your side. Wishing you all your sadness away and hoping for brighter days ahead. I just lost my dad and there isn't a day that doesn't go by that he isn't in my thoughts or prayers. I'm sure your upcoming Disney trip will have lots of special moments as your mom sprinkles pixie dust from above!! Lots of hugs being sent ur way!

39 days...spending my time waiting going showin' at the state fairs, ( we exhibit cattle). Fair food remotely reminds me of the world. I guess some would say the smell of livestock reminds them of the monorail...so I might as well already be looking down main street. Ha!

So sorry for your loss. Drawing can be therapy. I taught art for a spell...always helps me by making me concentrate on the skill and not on my emotions. good vibes to you!

(and fairs in general always remind me of Disney. We use them as practice for standing in lines and dealing with crowds in hot weather!)

We'll pass. It's alot of money for something that kind of looks a little creepy. It's a neat idea, but I'd be disappointed to pay that much and then be disappointed in the outcome!

Agreed and seriously...shipping to Canada starts at $75 but only $15 within the US. Are you kidding me, $60 difference for a 7 inch rubber doll...no thanks...

Thought the exact same thing... Why do we Canadians always get hosed??
And yes very creepy. I'd rather just buy them a beautiful figurine of a princess.

It would be interesting to see a doll side by side with a photo of the child model, to see how similar they look...
