"Official" Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2016 - Have Yourself a Very Mickey Christmas.

So is this confirmation that there isn't a 2nd dance party like they used to have inside at the Diamond Horseshoe? I recall that there was always one at Tomorrowland.

Oh this information is getting me so excited!

Like many others everything else is planned to a T (well with the exception of ROL) but I've been clueless about the Christmas Party until now. I'm still a little clueless, but I have more information than I've ever had.

Based on the schedule here's my plan:

Seven Dwarfs 5:30-7:15pm (although hoping they come out earlier, in that case we will line up earlier)
Character Dance Party (Cosmic Rays) 7:25-??pm
Frozen Holiday Wish 8:15pm
Totally Tomorrowland Christmas 8:30pm
VoicePlay 8:55pm
Holiday Wishes 10pm
Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration 10:30pm
Parade 11pm (or is it 11:30)?
Once Upon a Time 12am (if this info is accurate, if not we might try some rides or maybe hit up Nick and Judy or Pooh and friends)

I've never done a Christmas party before so if anyone has any comments or recommendations please feel free to share.

Parade is 11pm. Don't save characters for end of night. For example, the Pooh group only meets at certain times (and I believe are done before 11pm) and their line closes fast. Nick & Judy are going to be popular so their line may already be closed by the time you get over there after the parade.

No Gaston? Does he still meet outside his tavern before the party starts? He's a must-do for me as he's so funny...

I believe his last meet is at 4. So if you are only doing the party you probably won't have time to meet him by the time you get into the park and back to FL.

Thank you! Pooh and Friends and Nick and Judy aren't on our must do lists so no biggie if the line closes. I'm waiting for a report from Kenny and Josh on the first party night to figure out when everyone starts to come out. For the Halloween party everyone started coming out early; hopefully the same is true for the Christmas Party.

Just checked the HUB, here are all the details

Adventureland: Aladdin, Jasmine, Genie and Abu, Captain Jack Sparrow, Peter Pan (roaming)
Frontierland: The Country Bears (roaming) Liberty Square: Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws0
Fantasyland: Ariel, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, Cinderella and Prince Charming, Belle, Pooh and Friends, The Seven Dwarfs, Snow White and her Prince, Aurora and Prince Phillip, Princess Elena of Avalor, Minnie Mouse, Scrooge McDuck, Donald and Daisy, Santa Goofy, Mary Poppins, Bert, Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen
Tomorrowland: Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps

No!! Why did they cut Mary Poppin's penguins? I've been trying to meet them for years! And I was really hoping they add on with the country bears and bring back Clarabelle Cow. I'll definitely be interested in hearing party reports for me details.

I've seen different show times listed on several different websites. I think some are using times from past years. Is there a current list that we KNOW is updated for 2016? Also, is the park map for 2016 out yet?

WOW!!!!!!!! What a variety of treats and drinks! Wasn't expecting that. Disney is stepping up their game!party:
Now how about that projection show? Loved it last time and would really like to see new one at the Christmas party. I hope if it happens, it's before midnight though. How about before fireworks? I think that's when we saw it last time.

This looks so AWESOME!!! Should I be sad there's no mention of reindeer? Does that mean they won't be there or are they just not counted for "entertainment"? Lol, I feel so silly fixating on that of all things! I can't wait! I think we will plan to knock out characters, then do fireworks, and the late parade. I wonder how difficult it will be to get a spot to see Frozen @ 8:15 if we aren't planning on staying for the parade? Perhaps we are better off doing that at 6:30. I can't wait to read reports from when you guys get back! Just a little over a month to go!!

Does anyone know how long each of the following are? I'm trying to figure out which of these plans makes the most sense in terms of how long the shows are and their location. Any input would be great. Thanks! (My kids are 6/4which is why this is all toward the earlier end. 7D will be first character and then we will see what else we can swing.)

Specialty Merchandise
• Event MagicBands: Big Top Souvenirs, Emporium, Box Office Gifts
• Event Apparel: Big Top Souvenirs, Emporium, Mickey’s Star Traders
• Logo Event Pins: Big Top Souvenirs
What are the chances that any of the merchandise will be available by the beginning of Dec.? I thought I read that most of the pins are limited additions with under 3000 in number. We have AP and I would love a t-shirt but have read in years past that merchandise for the party sells out in the first couple of nights, any truth to this?
