29 days!

We started our Disney movie countdown. We usually start on the 30th day but we were at a concert and were busy all day.

Day 29 movie was: Toy Story
Day 28: Toy Story 2
Day 27: Toy Story 3

Alan had never seen Toy Story before so we watched it tonight. So now he's asking to watch the other two so that he can see them all in order.

Well this morning my DH got up and asked me if I would help him with something....he wanted to go up into the attic and pull down all of the suit cases . This is something that we do about 5 days out, not 18 days out .....I think somebody else is getting just as excited as I am .

We're 17 days out and pulled our suitcases out of the attic today, too!!!

Well my plans have changed here is the new run down.


Destination: WDW
Date: May 8th-May22nd (2 weeks of fun)
Adventurers: Me and DH
Resort/Hotel: All Star Sports (Surfs Up) May 8th-16th and POP May 16-22nd
Celebration: 5th Wedding Anniversary and first SWW
Meetings: Non as of yet.

May 8th until through the 15th we will be doing parks. May 16th-May 19th Water Parks and DTD. May 20th and 21st SWW at HS.

Shampoo
Conditioner
Socks for the 3 year old

Packed:
Kids clothes (mostly)
non-perishable items
Swim gear
diapers/wipes/swim diapers

4 gifts wrapped, 6 more to go.

We are getting there!!!

Unfortunately my 10 year old is having a heart catheter surgery this week so we have to get through this before we can be totally excited. AND I have to finish my semester of 2 classes. UGH, overwhelmed.

3 weeks to go. Bought new shoes/sandals by Keen. they are great - hybrid between shoe and sandal and waterproof! I love REI.

25 days to go!!! It feels like it is taking forever now. I saw over the weekend they updated the May hours on the travel agent site. Need to rework my touring plans a bit.

Got some shopping done yesterday and was able to get some more shorts and tanks, sunscreen and the all important aloe gel.

Is there anywhere to check online about lines? I don't have a cool phone but seriously considered it just for this trip, lol...

You can use touringplans.com (same place that put out the Lines app), but you have to subscribe to the site ($10) to see the current wait times.

I did it!

6 loads of laundry later...

DD2 and I are packed! clothes AND toiletries! (now I have to do DH's laundry, but no hurry... HE'S not coming on the trip! )

I'm just kidding by the way- I did everyone's laundry, I swear. I am en equal opportunity folder.

Now I just have the final, important stuff to pack, like the wine.... err. I mean.. the camera equipment. yeah. that's what I meant to say- camera equipment.
