Official May 2009 Thread....The wait is on!!

I keep reading of people receiving their Magical Express vouchers with about 30 days to go. I'm at 25 and nothing yet... it's driving me crazy. I so look forward to going to the mailbox and the lack of Mickey mail is very disappointing. A little overly dramatic, I know, but I figured everyone here would understand.

Is anyone else still waiting for their stuff?

We got our ME stuff in the mail last week which was 5 weeks out and today (29 days out) we got our "package" with the luggage tags and other things. I'm sure your things will arrive soon!

I totally understand.

I was wondering the same thing so I called CRO. I was told that my vouchers were printed on 3/31 and that I should receive my info by this Friday.

I received the package in the mail, are the things with the castle on them the luggage tags? Cause on the pamphlet book it said the tags were yellow.

Hi All,

I skimmed, I won't lie, through this thread, but I still have a question. I do apologize if it's been answered, remember I skimmed through!!! We are really thinking of going to world May 2 - 8. Can anyone tell me what the weather is like during this time? Weather channel says averages are high of 88 and low of 66. Is 66 cold? I know Florida 66 and Colorado 66 are two different things. Will I need pants at night and shorts during the day? We have never been in May, we always go in September so I am at a loss.

May 24 - May 31 - off-site to celebrate DS17 graduation from High School! He graduates at 10:00 on May 23 and we leave at 3:00 that afternoon.

OMG I remember those days! I used to sit in front of the fire with a pot of coffee and a box of crackers and study! Every semester I would gain ten pounds! Would not trade places with a student for love nor money! I will be thinking of you and hope everything goes well. You will certainly deserve a vacation! Hope the snow melts quickly!

I have been thinking the same thing - i go to the mailbox everyday hoping to see Mickey mail and am so sad when it isn't there.

Good luck to you - it sounds like it should be coming any day - mine shouldn't be far behind - we will be at the Beach Club from 5/12 - 5/19.

Hiiiiiiiii....I'm a newbie Just joined a few days ago, and I just found this thread. We booked our trip for Disney for May 7-15th. We were going to stay at ASM, which we booked in Jan, but in Feb, I decided to upgrade to POFQ.
I have been counting down and it's been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG Winter here in Toronto!!!!! I am praying to God this trip goes forward and goes well. I mentioned it in another thread, but we are celebrating my DH"s bday (12th), my bday (19th); our wonderful little DD who is 5 (because we her to bits) and our 15th wedding anniversary (June 4) early. We went to Disney back then to, but we stayed off site.

This Board is fantastic! I swear I cam be here for hours just reading and looking at all your reviews and pics! Great to be here!

One month from today!!!

The luggage tags with the castle and balloons on them are your souvenir luggage tags that come as part of your package. They are for personal use only and have nothing to do with the Magical Express. You should be getting a separate package from Magical Express that will contain yellow sticker tags with Mickey heads on them, those are the tags that will need to be on your bags if you want them to be picked up by Magical Express at the airport.
