Fellow volunteer saw me struggling in the 25mph wind with face cancer surgery consequences and said go home...we got this sorting project...of which I am in charge at the outside rummage sale seen from space

I am officially on vacation! First in a year! Last time, was March and we went to WDW. This time, Disneyland...

...Paris!

Yes, we finally pulled the trigger - deferred for my mom's birthday several times, we are getting it done, and only really planned it about 10 days ago! Yes, very fast, no notice, but otherwise we would overthink it and never do it. So, it's getting done. We leave tomorrow.

Oh, and for those worried about my cat - like ME, I got some of the techs from my vet's office to pet-sit and check in on her, give her medicine, etc. It's worth the peace of mind.
