***Official March 2021 Thread***

Wishing great trips to the first wave of March guests! With the hot temps, don’t forget that free ice waters at QS is still a thing—you don’t need a mobile order to go in if you let them know you are just grabbing water. We used that a ton on our last visit!

we aren’t starting at any of the same parks on the same day but we will be hopping so maybe we will. If you see 6 ladies (ranging from 15- 52) together it just might be me and my crew. Truth be told you’d probably hear us before you saw us. My oldest sister is very loud naturally and when we are together we tend to laugh a lot! Lol.
Sounds like a fun girls trip! Hope you ladies have a blast!

Has anyone been watching the reservation calendar? I just noticed the week of 15th - 18th MK is fully booked, and there are even less days for HS available. I am wondering how the past few weeks were in relation since we all saw how crowded it has been.

I've been watching...it seems to change pretty regularly in regard to which parks are unavailable. Not sure if that's just them moving availability between categories, releasing more reservations that were previously held back, cancellations, or what. Probably some combination of all of those.

Well, the AP bucket is still green that week, meaning MK and HS are not fully sold out to 35% capacity yet. But Disney has been quietly moving batches of park passes from the AP bucket to resort/ticket buckets, and will likely keep doing so until the park fills up. That is Florida spring break week so I would be surprised if it doesn’t wind up being sold out of park passes. When a park is sold out across all three buckets is when the crowd levels at that park will be as bad as President’s week.

JUST learned about how to practice from home without tickets. So basically, you follow all the tips and tricks of getting a boarding group, and if you eventually get to the "Not So Fast" page, it means you were actually successful. I meant to try today at 7, but forgot! I'm going to try at 1:00!
Didn’t know that you could practice from home!? How do I do that?

At 7am, go to the home screen of MDE. If you scroll down, you'll see Star Wars looking things called ATs (I think.) There is a "Join" button. Hit that button. There will be another "Join" button, and then a screen that asks you select your party. Don't bother doing anything on this screen, just keep hitting "Join."

There is a great thread here: https://www.disboards.com/threads/r...on-no-spoilers.3782822/page-919#post-62725264 with tons of information on how to practice.

So very excited to find this group/thread! My husband and I will be there March 8-13 celebrating my 50th birthday! We planned this particular week with the thought it will before the bulk of the spring break crowds- it's looking like it could be very hot and very busy! Hoping for a magical time anyway!

Ya I thought for sure next week would be one of the least crowded and now due to the past week it doesn't seem so. I also get the bonus of record heat but I am just going to try to stay calm and enjoy it the best I can. The last thing I want to do is complain the entire time and ruin things for my family. lol

Rearranged my park days and have to say I'm pretty happy with how it worked out. Unfortunately none of my dining really works now so I have to spend some time trying to make things happen.

The hours for 3/7 to 3/13 at MK are 9a-10p. Then the next week it's 8a-9p. Which "extended" hours do we expect for the week of the 21-26?
