So my resort changing continues....I started at POP then the teenager decides she is going with us so we change to POR.....well now the husband has been looking at hotels and thinks we should change to the Dolphin. I do love the location...granted it is not technically a Disney property but it is close enough. Something to definitely think about.

We also switched resorts yesterday from POFQ to POP. Saved a couple hundred $$ by doing so My DH and DD's have never stayed there, so they are excited to stay somewhere new.

We booked Boardwalk Villas (DVC) last week but were waiting for airfare and ADR's until we had a yes from everyone. Can't wait to book everything!

Not checked in for a while but thought it was time to do so.

I’ve got all 4 of our resorts booked and paid for now. And all of ours ADRs booked, and our speciality cruises.

Adrs are:

7.00pm –Jiko
5.00pm –Whispering Canyon
10.30am –Kona
7.00pm –Narcoosee’s
10.30am – ‘Ohana
7.00pm –Via Napoli
11.35am – Sci Fi
8.00am - Tusker House
7.00pm –Teppan Edo
7.45pm –California Grill

Only things we need left to buy/decide are any tours and also our Universal tickets.

decided to extend our dates and do split stay, has always been a dream of mine and DD to stay at AKL, so making it happen!!!

All our ADR's, tours and itiniary are set!!

Hi Just found y'all and wanted to join the fun!
I booked a trip last week (using a 30% PIN ) for DD & I - as a surprise (hopefully I can last 5 months without telling her or getting caught talking to DH or DS about it!)

Anyway, we are staying March 26-30 doing a split stay w/ 2 nights each at WL and BWI. Have not stayed at either of these resorts before, so looking forward to something new (although a bit nervous to not be on the monorail). My parents are likely going have their trip overlap ours so that will be another surprise for DD! Not sure what their dates or resort are yet.

We were first booked for Feb but due to schedules are now switching to March!! I was going to wait until May but do not want to deal with too hot of weather and the last time we went it was just TOOO hot and humid. I am a bit nervous about spring break crowds!

We are going to be @ POP March 25 through April 3 Already made all of my ADR's as well, got every single one I wanted! This will be our girls 2nd trip and our baby Son's First. We will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary while there and DS's big #1 as well!

It came between waiting until the end of May and doing a split stay between AKL and CBR or going in March and staying at POP. I've never been good with patience I'm hoping I end up liking POP, I know the kids will.

Excited to start the planning and such!

Our family of four (2 adults/2 kids) will be going March 19th thru the 27th and staying at Beach Club Villas in a one bedroom. We are so excited!!! Worried that it will be crowded, but based on the posts on this thread not so sure. last time we went was Sept 2009 and noone was there .

Usually go last weekend in Feb for ESPN the weekend and stay thru 1st week in March. We are BIG sports fans. Love it, although it is very busy and you can't get big discounts. As for the weather. Last year I checked online and saw it was gonna be cold and went prepared. I wore fleece and turtlenecks most days. I was comfortable. More than once people looked at me with envy and said they wished they were dressed like I was! That said the year before was very warm. Nights are cool or cold during that time of year but the days vary. You have to watch the extended forecast and prepare. Haven't planned for March yet but I know we will be there! Right now I am looking forward to Nov 4-9 and Nov 30-Dec 9....
