We're about 40 minutes away! I'm so tired of driving and am anxious to get there!!!

Very exciting!

I'm pretty much packed. We leave early early early tomorrow. I know I won't get any sleep tonight. I was awake last night thinking about everything.

Three days!! Basically two days now. Storms raging on outside (with hopefully no more tornado warnings) so I'm hunkered down in the basement trying to get some preliminary packing and random things done.

-- Sparkles are being added to my MagicBand.
-- I started a Twitter account under @firaflye (I think? It's making me follow 5 people before I can do anything else and I don't even know how this thing works.)
-- Trying to make a LimeGreenMickeyHead pin with my SN on it (Dreamport) to wear on my bag so y'all can say "hi" if you see us. We'll be at Epcot Saturday, MK Sunday and maybe HS on Friday night. With any luck a new bag will arrive by mail tomorrow so I don't have to put duct tape around my current one.
-- I've got four outfits to give me some options depending on how adventurous I feel over the weekend. One Mickey-bounding, one a rose shirt for B&tB and either a dress or outfit with my snowflake hairpins to Elsa-bound. None of them are perfect but who cares I'll hopefully be in Disney on my birthday!

And now I'm going to go hide from the thunderstorm some more. Safe travels to all leaving soon!

**EDIT** Yup, I'm under @firaflye for the whole #disjunie2014 thing. I'll try to remember to use it. Also, I 'followed' anyone who mentioned theirs about a week ago. I can unfollow once the trips are over?

Found you on Twitter! Sure, you can unfollow if you want to when it's all over. Easiest way to post from a mobile device with the #disjunies2014 tag is to search the tag, then click to send a new post (tweet). It will automatically tag it for you. At AETC, I searched its tag so I could just see what was posted in reference to it, then posted from there. No need to check feed, notifications, etc. Maybe that will help? Would definitely help if you get into it for chat and networking and whatnot.

Now, on to holding the breath to see if packages come in tomorrow.... Safe travels to everyone travelling.

Love the nails and magic band deco. At airport now (DH & I have meetings for 3 days prior to Disney-kids coming Saturday). We too did Disney nails-one DH got Dalmatian on toes, second DH has minions on toes, Disney "d" on fingers, and I just Mickey variations

PinkBudgie, I'm jealous you could do so well yourself! I'm hauling DD to a nail salon either today or tomorrow to get ours done (although probably no designs...). Fortunately, my toes look like they will hold out a little longer, so we can just focus on the hands!

Hey, remember, I only download Twitter once a year for that one teacher's conference. I think I tweeted more those couple of days than I ever have in my life. I got a little more into it, and I'm learning how to chats -- that's what the tags are for...so you can easily find other people talking about the same things you are and respond to them. You can follow celebrities, tag them in your tweet, and some of them actually respond (haven't done this yet, though, but I started following Howie Mandell while watching AGT last night, and some of his responses were great to read.)

And I should point out that that particular teacher conference is a technology conference, and I teach at that conference! I just "celebrated" (got an email about it, really) my 5 year twitterversary, and I've only ever made a little over 200 tweets. I've shut that account down a couple of times, too. And restarted it...so I could use it for contests...eh... Did the same thing when Facebook came out, too.

Just got off work about an hour ago and I am officially on VACATION TIME through Tuesday!! Which means time to get everything piled up and packed so I can make a shopping run tomorrow for all the last minute things we need.

I share cars with my folks so it's no big deal usually, but since it's a two-hour drive to the airport during hours when my Dad has to be at work.... now we have a problem. PRAYING it's just a simple electrical fix and can be done tomorrow.

I'm at Epcot now! I can't believe I'm really here! So fun to see all new rides and not know what they do. Last night was perfect weather for strolling around POFQ. So pretty! Then we went for boat ride to DTD.

My new bag came in and it works great! I just have to remember where I put everything. Down to the nitty gritty of packing!! Disney momentum is finally starting to kick in and Pandora is blaring Disney tunes!

We just left Epcot!! DH and DD both have back problems. Even with the ECV, it was just too much today. Plus the little guy fell asleep HARD in the stroller and was whining and crying...Rather than subject everyone around us to that, we decided to just come back.

But it was a great day. We had lunch from the French Bakery, bratwurst and beer (DH) in Germany, Carrot Cupcake and Cheesecake in the Seasons.

A few clouds and some sprinkles, but it was fun.

Mom (eeyore344) is already snoring...sheesh. I did the best I could to get some sleep last night, but still was awake by 5:30. So, now...some last minute things to do. Major bags are already in the car!

DD and I got a mani/pedi this afternoon, and I let her get a design. She had a Mickey head painted on her fingers and toes. She kept saying "best day ever!" and has been talking and bouncing non-stop since then.
